16 sq. mm 2 core 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated Al. armoured Cable conforming to IS:7098 (Part-I) 2011 with upto date amendments. [Make- Gloster/ Mescab/ Currency/ Crystal/ Polycab/ PHED approved Make] (materials should be supplied as per actual site condition)

100W LED flood light luminarie with IP 65 protection. [Make: Philips (Type- BVP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make]

Making RCC foundation (as per drawing & measurement provided by GRP Pole manufacturer) for pole erection by using suitable reinforcement & concrete grade M20 inlcuding making provision looping cable line, excavation & refilling of earth pit with shifted soil & ramming properly as per specification & direction of EIC .

Laying of one no 16 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. cable in underground trenche 460mm. wide X 760mm. average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) nos. bricks per mtr, including filling the space between the brick & cable & also the trench with shifted soil, levelling up & restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying 16 sq.mm. PVC Al. Ar. Cable through pump house wall including supply of sockets for clamping and grouting the above cable in each pole foundation (Approx 10 mtr length)

Supply & delivery of outdoor type Kiosk box (Size: 10"x 6"x12") with suitable gauge M.S. sheet along with hinged type front door with locking arrangement including M.S leg angle frame covered consisting 3 way Aluminium busbar 63 amp. fixed on a Porcelain material and grouting its legs in rick piller.

Installation of above supply Kiosk bok (item no.-6) and making brick/PCC foundation (Size: 14"x 10"x 18") with supplying bricks/stonechips, sand, cement etc including plastering and neat cement & making electrical connection complete as per direction EIC

Supply & drawing of 2 X 2.5 sq. mm and 1 x 1.5 sq. mm (for earthing) FR PVC insulated 1.1 KV grade single core copper cable (PHED. approved make) from pole junction box to LED fixture at the top of the pole and making electrical connection complete

Erection of GRP pole on RCC foundation with help of MS base plate, foundation bolts, nuts, washers etc. and fitting & fixing of four (4) nos. flood light luminaris on pole ring arm with necessary inter connection and jointing of cable and testing complete of entire set as per direction EIC

Earthing of Loop Box by spike earhing (20mm X 2 mtr.) with drawing 8 SWG GI wire as per IE rule.

Supply & fitting fixing 16 Amp. SPN MCB (Make-Havells/ Siemens/ ABB/L&T) with enclosure & 16 Amp Piano key type Switch with pvc box inside the pump house wall and making connectin with supply cable for operating the compund light with supply necessary materials all complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set [Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 1.5 mtr. long G.I pipe fixed on the top of the iron structure frame with clamping arrangement including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC.

Supply and installation of Voltage correction devices

Supply and delivery at site A.C. 3 ph.Oil cooled type Voltage Stabilizer suitable for unbalanced input voltage (Make: AE/Sen & Pandit / Opto Elec. / ECS/Fizi/other Approved Make) a) Input:250-500 V 3ph. 50HZ, 4 wire b) Output, 415V + 1% 3ph.,50HZ. c) Capacity: 30 KVA. d) Auto manual switch IS - 9815 (I). e) Raise/lower push Button. f) Single lamps to indicate and limits of input. g) Voltmeter for input and output Voltage. (Manufacturing test certificate should be produced at the time of delivery) h) With U/V.O./V.O./L protection with contractor at output side, input MCB & Ammeter etc. ( TC /GC Needed ) [Installation will be done based on requirement and suitability of the site condition]

Change over switch 100 Amps 415V, 50 Hz, 4pole onload. Make: Havells/ standard/Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.)

100 Amp. Re-wireable type TPN main switch (CONFORMS: IS/IEC600947-1&3). (Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.)

25 sq.mm 3.5 core 1.1KV PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium armored cable. (Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.)

Making brick built foundation with supplying of all required materials suitable for the above Voltage stabilizer by (4:1) cement mortar including holding down foundation bolts (if req.) & plaster with neat cement finish as direction of E.I.C.

Installation of the above stabilizer of item no. 14 to 17 on the foundation including all connection complete,drawing the cable properly on GI cable tray on wall /as per direction of EIC along with supplying all necessary item including testing complete.

Making earthing arrangement

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x80 mm long Gl bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15mm dla Gl pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By lSl-Medium Gl pipe

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm withlocking arrangement, Gl reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the Gl pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke forplate electrode.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) fVS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolt,nuts,washers,spacing isolator set etc.as required Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Installation of Auto Panel

Supply, delivery at site and storage wall mounted made of sheet steel fabricated 2 mm for load bearing & 1.6mm for non load bearing, indoor type, dust & vermin proof, lP-54 degree of protection,powder coated painted with rubber gaskets cover, front lockable hinged door with all ,Switchgear and other items duly wired up and tested as per specification.: Incomer: (A) 100 Amps, TPN MCCB with adjustable OL, 36 KA, necessary accessories with suitable SPD (i.e., Ammeter, Voltmeter, CTS,UV/OV protection & Switches), (B) Outgoing:- 15- 25 HP, TP Star-delta Starter with other accessories - 1 Nos., (Suitable size capacitor bank to improve PF from o.85 to 0.98) (C) 0.5 HP ,3 PH,415V,Clorinator feeder with necessary accessories & level controller-1 no (D) Yard lighting feeder with necessary accessories & time switch - 1 No. (E) Automatic operation feeder with PLC operated .( Panel make ,All spare & components as per vendor list of phed). Supply and Delivery of 25 mm², 1.1 KV grade. 3.5 core Al Armoured XLPE conform to IS 1554/7098(part-I) 1998 (Make : Gloster /HAVELLS /MESCAB/ CURRENCY/POLYCAB/ CRYSTAL/ Approved Make)

Installation of above MCC panel in the pump house ,drawing the cable properly on wall and all connection with supply necessary gland etc to complete the work,as per direction of EIC.
