Sub Station Labour charges for day to day round the clock operation of 2 x 1250 KVA , 11KV/0.433 KV substation, HV and LV panel boards, control panel board including capacitor banks, 110 volt DC trip circuit with maintenance free batteries, battery charger, indoor type 630A, 20KA VCBs, 1600amp ACBs and other allied accessories including sweeping cleaning of sub-station’s switch yard, control room, office room, toilets etc. by engaging electrical supervisor, electrician etc. as per direction of EIC w.e.f. 01-01-2025 to 31-12-2025

Routine and periodical maintenance of LT&HT panel board, cables, capacitors, transformers, battery with battery charger, CTs & PTs, earthing system, all breakers, tightening nuts & bolts of bus bar, replacement of control Fuses, cleaning of Isolators etc. as per direction of EIC for a period of 12 months.

Servicing testing and calibration of the following IDMT, instantaneous and differential relays by any testing agency approved by WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC. A] Non directional IDMT O/C and E/F with high set relays. B] M-pact SCB’s release C] All the auxiliaries relays D] Shunt trip circuit E] Alarm, trip and enunciator circuit F] Calibration of all meters G] Motor protection Relay-type CTMFM-402 & High speed Tripping relay (VAJH-13) [N.B. :Test results to be submitted.] [ Sub-station and pump house]

Servicing and testing of all indoor type VCBs and ACBs, HV and LV panel boards, checking complete wiring of CTS, PTS with insulations, checking instrumentation panels, checking cleaning of bus bars (both HT<), LT feeders and regressing the contacts by any testing agency approved by the WBSEDCL or Directorate of Electricity Board once in a year or as directed by EIC.

Periodial inspection, thrice in a month, by Electrical supervisor having valid Supervisors' certificate of competency from Directorate of Electricity (Licensing Board), Govt. of West Bengal or under any other State Govt. of India along with Pump Technician/Supervisor w.e.f 01.01.2012 to 31.12.2025. Each visit should be recorded in the Log Book (with date and time) to be supplied by the Agency and kept in the Pump House & Substation Building. The Supervisor requires to have through/in-depth inspection of all the electrical appliances to ascertain the healthy / fault free operational condition of each equipment i,e. pumps, motors, valves with actuators, flow/level/pressure instruments, gauges, lightings, waisting arrangements, exhaust fans, HT & LT Panel Boards, Cables, capacitors, Transformer, AVR, Battery and Battery charger along with in-house lighting system.
