Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc)with sand & cement mortar includg rounding off or chamfering corners as directed a ramming out joints or roughening of concrete surface by chamfering etc. including threading noising and drip course where necessary.(Ground Floor) i) With 1:6 cement mortar a) 20 mm thick to inside wall

Supplying, fitting & fixing Orissa pattern water closet in white glazed vitreous chinaware of approved make supplied ,fitted fixed in position complete excluding P or S trap.(excluding cost of concrete for fitting) ii) 530mm x 410 mm

Supplying, fitting & fixing UPVC pipes A-type and fittings conforming to IS:13592-1992 with all necessary clamps nails, including making holes in walls, floor etc. cutting trenches in any soil through masonry concrete structures et. Wash basin white vitreous china of approved make(without fittings)supplied , fitted and fixed in position on 75mm x 75mm x 75mm wood blocks and C.I. brackets including two coats of painting of C.I. brackets. (a) 450 mm x 300 mm size.

Supplying PVC water storage tank of approved quality with closed lid (Black)-Multilayer. a) 500 litre capacity.

Supplying , fitting and fixing 30 mm. thick both side prelaminated factory made solid panel PVC door shutter consisting of outer frame made out of MS tubes of 19 gauge thickness and size 19 mm. x 19 mm. for styles, top and bottom rails, MS frame shalll have cost of steelprimers of approved make and manufacture, M.S frame cover with 5 mm. thick head moulded PVC " C" channel of size 30 mm. thick 70mm. width out of which 50 mm. shall beflat and 20mm. shall be tapered in 45 degree angle of either side forming styles, and 5mm thick 95 mm. wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm. shall be flat and 20 mm. tapered in 45 degree on the inner side to form top & bottom rail and 115mm.wide PVC sheet out of which 75 mm. shall be flat and 20 mm. shall be tapered on both sides to form lock rail. Top bottom and lock rails shall be provided either side of the panel with 10mm. ( 5mm. x 2 mm. ) thick , 20 mm. wide cross PVC sheet as gap insert for top rail and botttom rail sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame weled / sealed to the styles & rails with 7 mm. ( 5mm. + 2 mm. ) thick x 15 mm. wide PVC sheet beading on inner side and joint together with solvent cement adhesive . An additional 5 mm. thick PVC strip of 20 mm. which is to be stuck on the interior side of the "C" channel using PVC solvent adhesive etc. com excluding all necessary hardwire as per direction of the E.I.C in ground floor.

M.S. or W.I. ornamental grill of approved design,joints continuously welded with M.S. WI flats and bats for winding,drilling etc.fitted & fixed with necessary screw and lugs in ground floor. a)Grill weighing above 10 Kg/Sqm upto 16 Kg/Sqm(in Kg)

Painting two coats on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surface by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. using putty etc. on the surface if necessary. a) On Steel or other metal surface with super gloss (hi-gloss) i) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC.(Two coat)

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement i) 25 mm thick.

Removal of rubbish, earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge

Ordinary cement concrete (1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm size) nominal size excluding shuttering and reinforcement , if any in ground floor as per relevant IS Code. (a)Pakur variety

Supplying, spreading and consolidating Stone Dust to a depth of 100 mm and above at desired density and C.B.R. as per Specification with power roller to proper gradient and camber including watering as necessary, and lighting, guarding, barricading and making adequate earthen bundh where necessary to protect the edges and curing with water for 2 to 3 days, mending cracks and depressions by rolling where necessary including all incidental charges of roller, cost of fuel & lubricants complete as per specification.

Carrying CI/DI pipes with specials and valves and lowering placing in position and laying carefully inside the trenches in proper alignment and gradient etc. including earth work in excavation of adequate width as per specification having min. clear cover from top of pipe is 1.10mtr. below existing ground level in any kind of soil including mixed with boulder, road sub-grade and its flank,but excluding moorum and laterite and stone etc.without damaging the exisiting telephone/electric cable etc.(in case of damaged if any type of cable line during excecution , necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost) preparing the bottom surface for continuous bedding of pipe line and laying pipes, fitting, fixing specials and valves with bailing out water if any including carriage of pipes, specials and valves from local deptt. store within 8KM and back filling the trenches with excavated earth in layers to original condition as per specification and direction of EIC. The surplus materials after execution of work are to be return to the deptt. store. N.B: i) Any deviation from required clear cover of 1.10mtr., due to site adverse condition, prior permission is to be obtained from the EIC in exceptional situation and payment will be made on prorate basis over the rate of entire item ii) No payment will be made without hydraulic test of the pipe line either part or full iii) The pipes, specials and valves , rubber gasket will be supplied deptt.free of cost. D) 100mm dia.

Making rubber gasket joint to CI/DI pipes maintaining proper alignment level etc. by mechanical arrangement with or without using mobile cranes where necessary and with help of all other equipments tools and tackles etc. as required providing lubricants of approved quality and direction of EIC. (rubber gasket will be supplied deptt. free of cost)C 100 mm dia

Carriage of different type of departmental pipes from Divisional/Sub-divisional store to the work site by truck including loading, unloading, stacking etc. including cost of fuel, lubricant and also cost of driver, helper etc. and all other taxes and charges as applicable as per direction of EICf) Above 40 Km upto 50 Km

g) Above 50 Km (Extra cost per Km) Extra 50 Km(2nos Truck x 45 Km Each = 90Km)
