Supplying, fitting, fixing bolts with nuts, washer: 20 to 25 mm dia bolt, Length above 75 mm and upto 150 mm.

MS dismantling joints with Rubber Compression Ring and adjustable follower flanged complete assembled unit with galvanized stud and nuts. 200 mm dia

185 sq mm 3.5 core al armoured 650/1100 volt power cable as per IS-7089 (Part-1) 2011 (PDB to Panel)(Material will be recived as per site requirment after the dept approval no extra material will be received in this case)

PART-B

a) Installation and commissioning of the above pumping machinery, of item no (1 to 5, except 4.1 ) by hanging the pump motor set in the existing CWR with the help of MS clamp , making 250 mm dia MS delivery line and properly fitting by welding ro the rexisting rising main line . fitting the G.I specials for cable protection pipe, including cable finishing, supplying of all necessary metrials and etc and cost of hiring D.G set ( if required), welding machine, cutting machine to complete the jobs including necessary cutting of cement concrete (if needed) Laying of 185 sqmm 3 core Cable , Laying of cable from 3/3½ core sqmm on wall/surface and Painting of anty corrosive paint in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C.(Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose.)

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( for all the flange joint )

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,0 mm. but not requiring shoring

Priming on ecoat on steel orothe rmetal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with ready mixed Black Japanof approved make andbrand including smoothening surface Two coat

Making 300mm(W) x 300mm(B) x 900 mm (H) size rising main supporting brick pillar at least 300mm depth from ground level to pumping floor level and neat cement finish all complete as per direction.

Earthwork in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditchesetc .with good earth, in layersnot exceeding 150mm. Including breaking clod sand consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. With earth obtain ed by fresh excavation upto1800 mm.depth (including the cost of excavation from land arranged by the Deptt. within a lead of 100 m.)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil

Earthing with 65mm dia GI pipe (tata-medium)x3.0Mts. long and 50x6mm galvanised(Hot dip) steel strip(4mtr long) standard GI(Hot Dip) wire,20mm dia x 125mm long galvanized bolt,double nuts ,double washers including finishing both ends by making holesetc. and S&F 65mm dia GI pipe(ISI-medium) protection (3Mts)longto be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level; and partly above ground level to an average depth 3.65mtrs.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

supply and fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 50 mm x 6mm on wall having clearence of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts,nuts,washers with earthing

Supply delivery at site of 2 stage (Model-6-8 GME) as per existing HSC bare Pump set having 143 mtr head with 333.39 cum/hr discharge (For pump no 1-4) & having 113 mtr head with 422.66 cum/hr discharge (For pump no 5-8) . The MOC of HSC Pump- Casing-Cast Steel (WCB), Impeller-SS-CF8M, Neck ring-SS-CF8M, Shaft-SS 410, Shaft Sleeve-SS410, Gland Packing-Graphited Cotton & other parameter as per NIT.

Installation HSC Pump mentioned as in Sl No-14 by dismantling the old existing damaged HSC pump including supply of all items, as required for installation of Centrifugal pumping machineris including supplying all necessary items i.e- nut &bolt wather rubber gasket, with painting, jointing of cables termination cable soketing by suitable rated sockets, jointing the delivery header with existing Rising main, suporting piller and paining anticorrosive paint etc. including cost of gas cutting, welding etc. as required for complete installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance by engaging skilled technician all complete as per Technical specification and upto entire satisfaction of EIC
