Supply, delivery and storage at site of automatically controlled diaphragm type Chlorinator dosing pump with flow rate 100 LPH and maximum pressure of 10 kg/cm² with all accessories for pump & motor, foundation bolt, suction and discharge flange and with storage tank of dosing solution of 100 Ltr. Capacity and the prime mover to be coupled with pump of 0.5 H.P., 3 Phase, 1450 RPM, squirrel cage TEFC induction motor, Motor will be IE3. [Make of Machine : As per attached vendor list of PHED.] *T.C. & G.C. of pump & motor needed at the time of delivery.

Supply and delivery at site of 20 KVA, 3phase, oil cooled type Servo Motor operated copper wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 (Pt.-1)- 1994 suitable for un-balanced input voltage with following specification including first filling oil as per IS-335 where applicable. a) Input Voltage:- 3 phase, Main supply may or may not be balanced with respect to Phase to Phase- 200V-500V Phase to Neutral-115V-290V. b) Output voltage:-3 phase balanced output voltage. Phase to Phase- 400Vor 415V± 1%, Phase to Neutral- 230V-240V ± 1% (Provision should be made to adjust the Variation of output voltage per phase by a variable pot oil within ± 5% of output). c) Line regulation:- Out put voltage should remain well with ±1% of set voltage (From Minimum to Maximum i.e. either 400V. or 415V. Making earthing arrangement as per following --

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth electrode and filling and ramming for soft soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long with TATA-Medium GI pipe with a provision to connect 25mm X 6mm GI flat strip complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Supplying & fixing of earth Busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat 25mm X 6mm on wall having clearance of 6mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulator etc as required.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20mm X 3mm galvanized (Hot dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddles as required and connection of equipments incld. drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36cm X 86.36cm X 46cm deep (below ground level) complete with cemented brick work (1:6) of 25cm width duly plaster with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56cm X 35.56cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46nos. 12mm dia holes on the GI pipe.

Extra treatment of soil by using salt and charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Supply & Making necessary GI Medium pipe (dia of pipe not less than 32mm) protection for submersible cable from kiox box to submersible pump-motor set and instruments to control panel including supply of all specials and complete the job.

Laying of two cables upto 35 sqmm in an underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal), the trench size of 680mm x 760mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of each cable 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per Mtr. and 4 (four) Nos. bricks per Mtr. as separator between the bricks and cables and also trench to be filled up with shifted soil, levelling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Incresseing the existing tube well Casing height up to a standard level as per direction of EIC. (as per requirement at site) Dia upto of 250mm.

Installation of Submersible pumping machinery to newly sunk tubewell along with column pipes (as required), top cover, valves, and specials of above and power line connection to the existing Panel with protection pipe and supply of MS clamp, nut bolt, cable gland socket etc. making inerconnection of the pump delivery line to pump collecting main line near tubewell with supply of all necceasary pipe, reducer/enlarger, GI/MS specials etc. including brick, sand, cement, rod etc and laying & drawing of all actuator cable & cable protection pipe as required and all to complete the job including all connection & testing commissioning as per direction of EIC.

Installation of MCC panel along with main switch, changeover, busbar chamber, cut out etc. all electrical equipment within the pump house, drawing of cable properly on suitable size GI cable tray on wall / as per direction of EIC as per layout & IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fixing of materials for taking power within the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC.

Installation and commissioning of above supplied Chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and dawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stonechips] and neat cement finish by supplying all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC.

Installation of above supplied Stabilizer by making suitable brick foundation and supplying all required materials with socket, gland, fittings etc. by skilled technical personnel as per requirement with making double eathing arrangement of the stabilizer in complaince with IE rules by G.I pipe electrode of 50mm dia 3mtr. long of 2 nos quantity by suitable GI strip / bar with all other accessories reuired to complete the work as per direction of EIC with commissioning earthing building.

Making internal electrification of pump house consisting of 1no. Ceiling fan point, 2nos. tube light & 2nos. LED bulb point, 1no. bulk head point and 4nos. 40W LED with arm bracket at outside and one three pin plug point incld. supply of all necessary materials (approved make Ceiling fan, Lamps & fixture etc.) to complete the work as per IE rules, wiring with 2.5 sqmm / suitable gauge copper wire within PVC casing, PVC switch board etc as per direction.

Supply and delivery at site of GI octagonal street light pole conical type 7 mtr. Length, Top dia 70mm, bottom dia 130mm, thick 3mm base plate 220x220x12mm, foundation bolt M20x700 with template and anchor plate, bracket single arm bracket 1500mm long on single side with 48.3 OD GI pipe & internal junction box (6A, SPMCB & 4-Way connector). [Make: Bansal/Utkarsh/PHED Approved]

Supply and delivery at site of energy efficient LED Smart Bright street light fixture with IP66 and IK06 protected LM high pressure alluminium di cast housing with polycarbonate cover capable of delivery standard lumen output as follows .The lens plate should be bolted to the metal core PCB should not be glued . The driving current should be more than 700 mA . It should have internal surge protection of minium 4kv , lumen /watt 100, Drivier efficiency 85% ,PF 0.95, THD10% .

Philips BRP409 LED074 CW HE MR FG S1 PSU GR SPD / Similar type as per approved vendor list of PHED.

Supply and delivery at site of 1.1 KV grade 2 core 4 sq.mm XLPE insulated Al. Ar. Cable Conforming to IS:7098(Part-I) 1988 for outdoor lighting along with manufactures test certificate. [Make: As per approved vendor list of PHED] *Supply of cable as per actual requirement at site for outdoor lighting & Aviation system.

Erection of GI pole of length of 7 meter in RCC(1:2:4) foundation of 400X400mm of depth of 1300 mm below GL and 200 mm just above GL. 4 nos "J" type foundation bolt of 20 mm dia and 600 mm long grouted into RCC foundation as per base plate of pole. Projected length of 100 mm also considered for fitting with the base plate of the pole.There should be a provision of two number flexible pvc pipe of 63mm dia for cable entry as per supplied drawing. Also the foundation along material will be made as per departmental drawing and design.

Laying of single cable up to 35 sq.mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of 1.1 KV Gr. 2 core 4 sq.mm XLPE Armored Aluminium Cable (approved make) on wall/surface incl. S & F MS saddles with earthing attachment in 10 SWG GI (Hot Dip) Wire, making holes etc. as necy. mending good damages and painting as directed by EIC.

Fitting fixing above supplied LED light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed with S&F length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required complete.

Earthing with 1no. of G.I. earth spike (20 mm dia. X 1.5 mtr. Long) driven into the ground upto 2 mtr.. drawing earth line with separate 6 SWG G.I. Wires providing 15 mm dia. G.I. pipe protection from earth spike feeder box/junction box/poles and fixing to the same by suitable nuts & bolts all complete as per direction of EIC.

Commissioning of the whole installation and testing by licensed electrician and trial run for three months after Commissioning as per instruction of EIC by engaging one operater. (2) Third party inspection of the work is mandatory as per guidelines of NJJM and direction of EIC without any extra cost. (3) Drawing, design and make of the materials are to be approved from the EIC before procurement.]
