Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structure including distribution bars stirrups, binders etc initial straighting and removal losse rust if necessary cutting requiste length hooking and bending to correct shape placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction a) for works infoundation basement and up to roof of ground floor/upto 4m. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessery staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and stricking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shutering as per deceision & direction of engineer-in-charge

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150mm as directed and consolidating the same by through saturation with water ramming complete including the cost of supply of sand .(payment to be made on measurement of finished quality.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (i) With 1:6 cement mortar (b) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured(matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground floor:I) ONE COAT

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer.In Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry / Plain / Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall / return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face. Complete as per drawing and Technical specifications.

Earth work filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 15 cm including watering and ramming etc layer by layer complete. (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

a) Supplying, fitting galvanised 3 ply 12 gauge / 4 points line of barbed wire in fencing (holes already made in the body of the post) or fixed by staples tightening and fixing the wires in taut condition with straining bolts including the cost of cutting and of lapping joints in the wire as necessary but excluding the cost of galvanised staples,straining bolt and binding wire where necessary.

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.Payment to be made on the basis of calculated weight of structuralmembers only in finished work as per IS specified weight. Paymentfor gusset, bracket, cleat, rivets, bolts and nuts may be make byadding the actual weight of such items with the weight of finishedstructural members or 7% of weight for finished structural membersweighing not less than 22.5 Kg. / m. or 15 % of weight for finishedstructal members weighing less than 22.5 Kg. / m. may be increasedallow for bracket, cleat, rivet, bolts and nuts etc. and no seperatepayment being made for these items, as per direction of Engineer InCharge. The rates are considered for a height of erection 8m. / 2ndfloor level from the ground. Add 1.5% extra over the rate for each additional floor or 4m. beyond initiial 8m. or part thereof.I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

M.S. gate of Jail type as per approved design made of strong M.S. frame work, intermediate stiffeners and round / square bars or angles. M.S. sheet (not less than 14 gauge) gussets, cleats etc. including necessary riveting, bolting, welding, locking and hanging arrangements, fitting and fixing complete as per direction of the Engineer-in charge. In Ground Floor

b)Priming one coat on Steel or Other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary :b) On steel or other metal surface, With other than hi-gloss) -(iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Supplying, fitting and fixing Godrej Multi Lock or equivallent .

Supplying & laying interlocking designer paver block of any shade and of approved quality as per IS: 1237-1980 laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway, etc including necessary underlay complete in all respect with all labour and material.[Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately].c) 60 mm thick block (over 150 mm medium sand bed including cost of sand but excluding cost of earthwork in excavation or dismantling of existing hard surface if necessary) ii) Coloured Decorative

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land,ditches etc. with good earth, in layers notexceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (ii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. But not exceeding 5 km. including the cost of carried earth.

Carrying Cl/DI pipes with specials and valves and lowering placing in position and laying carefully inside the trenches in proper alignment and gradient etc. including earth work in excavation of adequate width as per specification having min. clear cover from top of pipe is 1.10mtr. below existing ground level in any kind of soil including mixed with boulder, road sub-grade and its flank,but excluding moorum and laterite and stone etc.without damaging the exisiting telephone/electric cable etc.(in case of damaged if any type of cable line during excecution , necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost) preparing the bottom surface for continuous bedding of pipe line and laying pipes, fitting, fixing specials and valves with bailing out water if any including carriage of pipes, specials and valves from local deptt. store within 8KM and back filling the trenches with excavated earth in layers to original condition as per specification and direction of EIC. The surplus materials after execution of work are to be return to the deptt. store.N.B: i) Any deviation from required clear cover of 1.10mtr., due to site adverse condition, prior permission is to be obtained from the EIC in exceptional situation and payment will be made on prorate basis over the rate of entire item ii) No payment will be made without hydraulic test of the pipe line either part or full iii) The pipes, specials and valves , rubber gasket will be supplied deptt. free of cost.150mm dia.

Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as diesel pump set, blank flange, pressure gauge, valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. The rate is inclusive of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor (Recovery rate of water @ Rs.10.00/m3, if contractor used water from deptt. source).A) For Cl/DI pipe 150mm dia.

Cleaning thoroughly the inner surface of pipe line including specials and valves by flushing with water and subsequently disinfection of the same pipe line by flushing again with water containing bleaching powder resulting in residual chlorine not less than 15mg/Itrs. after 24hrs. of such filling including laboratory testing of water samples obtain from the disinfested pipe line and disposal of water from the pipe line after completion of the work. The rates including of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor) (The rate of water @Rs. 10/m3 may be recovered, if the contractor used water from deptt. source).A) For Cl/DI pipe 150mm dia.

Add CESS @ 1%
