Day to day operation maintenance & cleaning of Inlet chamber and including Channel, Parshall flume, Float Type Flow Meter, Horizontal Baffle Flocculator, Tube Settler, Chemical dosing Unit, filter Chambers Sludge pump house, OHR etc. as when required and preparation of Alum & lime desired concentration depending upon the quality of raw water in consultation with the laboratory analyst, loading alum to the respective tank from the store including routine checking of all equipments installation and accessories for proper functioning greasing & lubricating of gear, motor pinion, gates valves including back washing of filter beds by air blowing followed by water until fresh water comes out as desired by EIC. also check up including cost of minor maintenance like change of oil, fuse wire, oil seal, gland packing, nut bolts, disinfecting by bleaching powder (minimum 50.00 kg/WTP Month) of all treatment unit i.e.; Intake well, Parshall flume, Flash Mixture, Clariflocculator, Chemical dosing Chamber, filter Chambers, Sludge pump house minimum once in a month) all complete with full uniform, prescribed by the EIC. for identification & petty repair of all sluice valve etc. without cost of major parts/ materials as per specification and direction of EIC. [ Daily rate to each labour will have to be paid by the Agency not less than Rs. 404/- (Rupess Four Hundred and Four) only per day with 8.33% bonus extra during festival tome] [365 days @6 nos. man power/day] = 2190 person. (Including Employees Service Insurance @ 3.25% and Employee Providenat Fund @ 13%)

Day to day maintenance of general cleaners and house keeping of different units within water treatment plant (WTP) & intermediate Boosting station (IBS) campus including Laboratory, Administrative building, Staff Quarter, Guard Room, Store Room, Toilet, Drainage system, internal Path way, Road inside the campus & Flower garden by engaging sweeper and expert mali. [365 days @ 2 nos. man power/day] = 730 person. (Including Employees Service Insurance @ 3.25% and Employee Providenat Fund @ 11%)

Lubrication of different machineries installed in the WTP in different unit like filter house, clariflocculator, flash mixer, all pneumatic valves, gates and other control devices, blowers, compressors, chlorinator, agitator, EOT and HOT cranes, metering pumps, motors, jaw crusher etc. with approved graded lubricants (like grease, mobile oil, gear oil etc.) including cleaning and draining out the old burst and unserviceable lubricants. Cleaning / disinfecting of different units, gland packing of valves, rubber insertion, nuts & bolts, bearing, coupling bolts, rubber bush, lead washer, wires, fuses, bib-cock, bush, oil seal, washer, such other related items as necessary for routine, preventive and minor curative maintenance of the plant and cleaning the unit with rubbing, scrapping etc. for general cleanliness and hygiene including making entry in the WTP Log Book, producing daily, weekly and monthly records as directed by EIC.(Ref.-EE/New Town, Kolkata)
