Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks within a lead of 150 metres preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sand or powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) (The item included the cost of obtaining local sand or powdered earth) (a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm)

Labour for withdrawing bricks from different types hogla structre, Galvanized Structure and approach road of Temporary Latrine. (Ordinary Mazdoor)

Construction of 1 No. Special Latrine (2 Unit) made with 125 mm thick Brick Work (4:1) 225 mm depth including earth work in excavation and filling upto required depth, Brick flat soling, 15 mm thick plaster (6:1) and Neat Cement punning 1.5 mm thick (Outside), fitting fixing W.C. Pan laying on 12 mm thick Water Resistant Ply with Decorative Lamination (white) and syphone on hire basis, laying and jointing S.W. pipe including covering all sides and roof by Hogla Sheet with door of Corrugated Tin (.75mtr. x 2.0 mtr.) including digging one no. sludge pit of 1.0 mtr. dia & 1.20 mtr. depth with Earthen Ring / R.C.C. Ring covererd by R.C.C. circular Slab and Mullichatai, Polythene sheet. Necessary supply of Mug, bucket, Drum etc. on hire basis to be provided for watering with required bleaching powder for disinfection in all respect and dismantling the same after the GS Mela is over as per full satisfaction of E.I.C.

Labour engaged for Sweeping and cleaning the different Toilet Ground at Sagar Mela Ground from 01.01.2025 to 21.01.2025

i) Methor Mistry. (6Nos. x 3shift x 21days = 378 nos.)

ii) Methor Mazdoor. (12Nos. x 3shift x 21days = 756 nos.)

Hire charges of Tractor for carrying the Mobile Toilet Unit from one place to another including Fuel and halting charges of operator & helper during Mela Period.

Hire charges of Cess Pool Car Capacity (approx 4000 litre) for lifting and transportation of Sludge from Mobile Toilets, Septic Tanks etc. and disposing the same into the dumping ground including all charges of fuel, Bleaching powder, Phynile, Driver, Helper, Mathor, Labour, log book etc. and maintenance of Cess Pool Car excuding the charges of GST & Labour Welfare Cess at Gangasagar Mela Ground in connection with G.S. Mela 2025 for 8 hours. i.e. for 1 (one) shift. The operation should be done at least 5 times per shift which are entered in the log book. From 04.01.2025 to 06.01.2025 = 2 Nos. x 3 days. x 3 shift = 18 shift. From 07.01.2025 to 18.01.2025 = 3 Nos. x 12 days. x 3 shift = 108 shift. From 19.01.2025 to 20.01.2025 = 1 No. x 2 days. x 3 shift = 6 shift.
