Erection of GRP pole of length of 7 meter in RCC(1:2:4) foundation of 400x400mm of depth of 1300 mm below GL and 200 mm just above GL. 4 nos "J" type foundation bolt of 20 mm dia and 600 mm long grouted into RCC foundation as per base plate of pole.Projected length of 100 mm also considered for fitting with the base plate of the pole.There should be a provision of two number flexible pvc pipe of 63mm dia for cable entry as per supplied drawing.Also the foundation along material will be made as per departmental drawing and design.

Laying of one No. cable up to 35 sq.mm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Fitting fixing above supplied LED light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed with S&F length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required complete.

Earthing with 1no. Of G.I. earth spike (20 mm dia. X 1.5 mtr. Long) driven into the ground upto 2 mtr.. drawing earth line with separate 6 SWG G.I. Wires providing 15 mm dia. G.I. pipe protection from earth spike feeder box/junction box/poles and fixing to the same by suitable nuts & bolts all complete as per direction of EIC.

Extra on items 1 & 2 above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) suitable for alkathene/ polythene pipe entry as directed for street light wiring, incl. S & F 25cm x 25cm x 10cm GI Loop box, 16SWG & incl. drilled hole in pole

Supply & delivery at site including design and manufacturing 0f Aluminium Composite panel [ ACP 3 MM ALUDECOR Exterior Al- LED boord with 12 mm imported acrylic posted vinyl letter as per following subject Kharika WATER SUPPLY SCHEME PUMP HOUSE NO- I P.H.E.D GOVT OF WEST BENGAL AND Kharika WATER SUPPLY SCHEME PUMP HOUSE NO- II P.H.E.D GOVT OF WEST BENGAL With one side glassing alluminium tube of size 2.5"x 1.5" x 1.5 mm with |diferent colour LED as per direction of EIC. The board should have in |built pOwer circuit boord connected with LED lamp suitable for |operating ìn 230 volt 50 Hz AC supply[Size:- 4"x 3"] o) LED lighting should be of 1.5 Watt original samsung (3 Years warranty) fitting LED modules connected for 12V, 400 watt power (2 |years gurantee) |[N.B. Riverrine charges @ 5.0% included] b) The board back side should have exterior ACP cOver and outside yellow acrylic border ( if asked for ) included with making of all ( N.B: Each board Size 12 Sq ft)

Installation of the above LED board on the top of the pump house proper position after making suitable size frame including supply 7/20 PVC insulated single core aluminium cable approx length 20 mtr. As per direction of EIC & 16 amp DP MCB with power connection
