Supply and delivery at site following voltage corrector with electrical accessories.

Supply and delivery at site of 25KVA, 3 phase oil cooled type Servo Motor operated copper wound line voltage corrector conforming to IS-9815 (Pt.-1)-1994 suitable for un-balanced input voltage with following specification including first filling oil as per IS-335 where applicable.(Make: Approve make of P.H.E. Dte.) a) Input Voltage:- 3 phase, Main supply may or may not be balanced with respect to Phase to Phase 250V.-500V.Phase to Neutral-145V.-290V. b) Out put voltage:- 3 phase balanced out put voltage. Phase to Phase 400V.or 415V.± 1% ,Phase to Neutral- 230V.-240V.±1% ( Provision should be made to adjust the Variation of out put voltage per phase by a variable pot oil within ± 5% of out put). c) Line regulation:- Out put voltage should remain well with ±1% of set voltage ( From Minimum to Maximum i.e. either 400V. or 415V. supply variation). d) Load regulation : Out put voltage should remain neutral well within ±1% of set voltage be (From no load to full load ) i.e. either 400V. or 415V. e) Correction speed:- Better than 35 Volt / Second. f) Efficiency:- Better than 95% on full load. g) Cut off limit for ( minimum & maximum ) by limit switch with Audio & Visual. h) Metering Indication:- By Selector switch provision should be made available to measure input mains supply and out put voltage other stabilizer for load current measurement an Ammeter with selector switch should be available. i) Lamp Indication :- For Input & Output should be provided. ( 3 lamps per side ). j) MCB Protection: For Input side. k) Load protection : HRC Fuse on each out put phase should be available. l) Output over shoot:- Beyond 210V to . 255V /phase in case of “ MANUAL MODE” & voltage protection :AUTO MODE” operation.(Manufacturing test certificate should be provided at the time of delivery) m) VISUAL Indication for under voltage & over voltage of output. n) Manual Mode:- Up & Down correction with O / P voltage over shoot protection. Beyond 210 V-255 V. per phase. o) Nature of cooling:- Oil/ air cooled system . p) Electric current over load protection . q) Circuit for delay out put . r) Input high voltage cut - off above 500 V. s) Mode of Operation:- AUTO/MANUAL with a provision to restore the normal working of the unit “STANDBY OPERATION” should be available increase of any Electronic failure in auto mode. t) Auto Mode:- Normal * Standby.( Manufacturing test certificate should be Provided at the time of delivery)
