Cost of Development of Tubewells

Supply & Packing of Coarse Sand

Construction of tube well platform (Size 1.20m x 1.20m) with 75 mm thick cement concrete (6:3:1) using 20mm down jhama chips over a layer of brick bat soilng including necessary earth work and ramming 125mm x 75mm (thick) band set in cement mortar (4:1) on all sides keeping outlet for drainage, 12mm thick cement plaster (4:1) with neat cement finishing to the exposed surface including the concrete surface below ground level in the periphery of the land including 1.2 m length surface drain with necessary shuttering & curing complete in all respect with all labours & materials.

Supply of PVC Pipes & fittings schedule (80) medium duty conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS :1239 (Part-I). (a) 40 mm dia PVC Pipe.

(b) 100 mm dia PVC Pipes

(c) Reducing Socket 100 mm x 40 mm

(d) Supplying PVC Strainer of Approved Make with adapter conforming to IS-12818 Specification - 40 mm

Supplying , fitting & Fixing Steel Cutter piece of up to 450 mm long with sockets - 40 mm.

Supplying & Fixing Plug of approved make conforming to IS Specifications - 40 mm

Water Sample collection and chemical test including arsenic. once for Boring of Tube Well= 1 No.

Supplying fitting & Fixing G.I. Cap at Top. a) 100 mm dia

Supply submersible pumping machineries of 1.0 HP of Crompton/KSB or other renowed make conforming to latest BIS codes (75 mm Water filled motor - 10/14 Stages with 32 mm delivery) all complete, making necessary connections with supplying all fittings, P.V.C column pipe of 32 mm dia PVC column pipe 42 m length conforming to ASTMD-1785 and threaded to match with GI pipes as per IS:1239 (Part-I) with fitting, valves etc all complete with labour, materials, supplying matching GI/M.S powder coated control panel of adequate capacity with starter and controller alongwith fully automatic water level controler with dry runprotection, Float Switch with Water Level sensors for overhead tank) carriages at site, installation and lowering in position with column pipe Submersible pumping machineries of 1.0 HP and fitting and fixing in position control panel with all incidental charges etc. fixing all assembly in position including supply of all materials and labours , Supplying and laying wiring with casing, switch board, plug & socket, MCB etc. making connection from main lines with all incidental charges, applicable taxes/charges etc. all complete with labour, materials as per direction of Engineer-in-charge

Supplying and erecting in position M.S. Supporting structure for supporting PVC Tanks (as shown in the Dept. drawing) and Solar Panel, 5 mm M.S. chequerred plate at top platform (2m X 2m), M.S. Ladder (suitably placed), Supplying and installation in position PVC Tanks, all necessary pipeline connections with 32/25 mm dia. PVC pipe from Tubewell to delivery through Treatment unit, all complete with all pipes, specials, valves, 3 nos. Bib Cocks fitted to treated water tank all complete as per direction of the E-in-C.

Construction of 3 m X 3 m X 0.3 m platform around Arsenic treatment Units and MS supporting structure including Fencing and Gate with locking arrangement all complete as per drawing.

Construction of Surface Drain about 15 m length and 2 numbers of Soak Pit of 900 mm dia. and 775 mm overall depth including 75 mm dia. UPVC drain pipe 5 m long as per drawing no. P&DD-IV/292/12-14) and as per direction of the EIC. NOTE: Deduction @ Rs. 850.00 has to be made for each m of less length of drain than 15 m).

3000 Lit Raw Water and 2000 lit treated water tank

Supplying Centrifugal pumping machinery 0.5 HP of Crompton/ KSB or other renowned make conforming to latest BIS codes (3000 RPM, 600 tpu/2n mo Hend) and installation at site in suitable location (inside the building) securing in position with necessary nuts and bolts, making necessary connections with existing pipes with supplying all G1 fittings and foot valve, supplying and laying wiring with cusing, switch board, plugs, MCB etc. making connection from main line with all incidental charges etc all complete with hibour materials and painting exposed surfaces (Detail as per ANNEXURE-VII)

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads,fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Supply of Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes & fittings conforming to IS-15778: 2007. (A) Ball Valve. (i) 25 mm

Supplying, installation, commissioning and trial run of water Treatment unit of removal of Iron below permissible limit as per IS: 10500 - 2012 including supply of all required media (vessels design for latest IS codes with minimum 3mm thick), Food grade epoxy coating inside, outside Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make, all necessary 25 mm dia. G.I pipeline (medium duty), valves, 1 bib cocks fitted after tretment unit to collect water sample for testing and making arrangement of connection with existing pipeline as per specification and drawing and direction of the EIC. Quantity/ volume of all media are mentioned in the departmental drawing and to be followed strictly. Treatment unit size: 300 mm dia X 1650 mm depth
