Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.

(a) 75 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks set in cement, sand mortar (1:4) in ground floor including H.B. netting in every alternate layers.

Artificial stone in floor, dado, staircase etc with cement concrete (1:2:4) with stone chips, laid in panels as directed with topping made with ordinary or white cement (as necessary) and marble dust in proportion (1:2) including smooth finishing and rounding off corners including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface and application of cement slurry before flooring works using cement @ 1.75 kg/sq.m all complete including all materials and labour. In ground floor. 3 mm. thick topping (High polishing grinding on this item is not permitted with ordinary cement). Using grey cement (ii) 25 mm. thick.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar (a) 15 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.

Making kutcha drain upto 450 mm. deep and upto 750 mm width to grade including trimming sides and beds, removing spoils to any distance and speading.

Labour for laying soiling with departmental bricks including carriage of departmental bricks within a lead of 150 metres preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with brick joints properly filled in and packed with local sand or powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar materials below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm)

Hire charges for supply of bricks for temporary pathway at 5 no. Toilet Ground.

Labour for withdrawing bricks from different types hogla structre, Galvanized Structure and approach road of Temporary Latrine. & Labour engaged for different types of works at different places of G.S. Mela Ground during mela period as an when required (Ordinary Mazdoor)

Construction of the following temporary Hogla Structures/Walling including supply of all materials and labour complete. The work is to be taken up strictly on the basis of departmental drawing, design & specification and as per direction of E.I.C.

i) Hogla Walling as and where necessary

Engagement of Labour for cleaning of pits etc. during the Mela Period from 06.01.2024 to 17.01.2024 Mathor Mazdur. (2 nos. x 3 shift x 12 days)

Construction of Temporary Special type of Latrine (4unit) with Leach Pit made with Galvanised Plain Sheet at various pin point sites with 125 mm thick Brick Work (4:1) 225 mm depth including earth work in excavation and filling upto required depth, Brick flat soling, 15 mm thick plaster (6:1) and Neat Cement punning 1.5 mm thick, fitting fixing W.C. Pan and syphone on hire basis, laying and jointing S.W. pipe including covering all sides and roof by G.I. Sheet, door made by Corrugated Tin (.75mtr. x 2.0 mtr.) including digging two nos. sludge pit of 1.0 mtr. dia & 1.20 mtr. depth with Earthen Ring / R.C.C. Ring covererd. Necessary supply of Mug, bucket, Drum etc. on hire basis to be provided for watering with required bleaching powder for disinfection in all respect and dismantling the same after the mela is over and cleaning the premises as per full satisfaction of E.I.C.

Engagement of labour for Cleaning, sweeping, watering, disinfecting the premises on and from 08.01.2025 to 17.01.2025 roted the clock wise with full satisfaction of E.I.C. (For 10 Nos. Each 4 Unit) 1Nos. X 3 Shifts x 10 days. (Mathor Mazdoor)

Labour for taking out old soling edging including removing debris (a) Single flat soling

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. a) Pakur Variety

Construction of the following temporary Hogla Structures with laying polythene sheet on roof and floor (as per PWD Schedule Page No. 47, Item No. 3) / Walling including supply of all materials and labour complete. The work is to be taken up strictly on the basis of departmental drawing, design & specification and as per direction of EIC.

Shed of size 100' x 16'

Supplying and laying Polythene Sheet (150gm / sq.m.) over damp proof course or below flooring or roof terracing or in foundation or in foundation trenches.

(A) Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With other than hi-gloss of approved quality- iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

Add Rivering @ 30% on item no. 4 to 8 & 18,21 i.e. on ₹ 417292.83

Add GST @ 18% on all item on Rs. 1287514.22

Add Labour Welfare Cess @ 1% on Rs. 1519266.78
