Control panel with AMF : Microprocessor-based generator set monitoring and control system. Canopy : Constructed with assurance color with dimensional accurance & inside laying of fire retardent foam laying from hinged & one glass window doors.It should includes thermal insulaion conforming to BIS 7888/BS 7435 absorption type , non insulated residential silencer to supress the noise up to less than 45dB at a distance of 1 mtr. Base frame fabricated with frame ISMC channel as sheet metal( for mounting engine & alternator close couple with cross member on AVU) treated surface , fuel tank made of CRCA MS Sheet & battery with suitable capacity ( Dry type) and stand.

Fuel of Engine: High quality HSD as specified oil paper lube oil.

Alignment : The engine & alternator are aligned & fixed on a sturdy fabricated base frame made of high quality MS Channel providedd with foundation holes for permanent installation of shelf supported fuse standing on a preaperd concrete foundation. The DG set should be equipped with convenient lifting arrangement for the canopy with engine & alternator lockable door & externally accesible fuel filling and lube oil draining arranement. N.B. Necessary test certificate performing curve chart, warranty certificate & specification and operating manual & spare list are to be submitted during the time of delivery.

Supply and delivery at site of 1.1 kv grade 3.5 core 70 sq.mm. Al.ar./XLPE cable make Gloster/ Havells/Any approved make (As per site condition)

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish

Above 35 sqmm to 95 sqmm at an average depth of 100 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables For 3½ core upto 95 sqmm

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials 3½ core 95 sqmm cable

Earth station made by 50 mm. dia GI Funnel clamp complete with charcoal and salt including 12" X 12" CI Cover with masoning work connection from Earth station to DG body and neutral ( isolated from all other earthing) panel body, earth station , LT Panel & dg by 50 mm. X 50 mm. X 6 mm. GI Strip of total length 150 mtr. as per IE rules.

Installation, testing, commissioning of above supplied DG with AMF panel, including first filling of oil and lubricant, coolant, termination of cable and painting the whole system up to satisfaction of EIC & 8 hours of continuous operation in full load for 1 day (8 x 1 = 24 Hours) as per direction of E. I. C. the cost includes Fuel, coolant and lubricant during test period.
