Making lighting arrangement for continuation work during night including all charges (Applicable exclusively for emergency situation and as per direction of EIC.)

Hire & labour charges for staging and scaffolding made of strong and stout beamboo of salbullah propos with necessary cross bracing of bamboo/salbullah inlcuding that for unsupported horizontal projections outside lowering beam with necessary fixtures, making proper platforms/ stairs with wooden, planks etc. for the entire construction work and to maintain it till completion of work and removing the same as per direction and instruction of E.I.C. (Mode of measurement area of unsupported horizontal projection where staging beyond 4mtr. is practically unavoidable x mean height of staging above initial 4 mtr.) circle of diameter (centre to centre walkway of bottom ring beam) in shell wall of the reservoir minus the area of hallow for shaft outside to outside of outer bottom ring beam which ever is applicable as effective area and height of cenrte line level of conical portion of the reservoir beyond initial staging of 4 mtr. as height).

Dismantling R.C. floor, roof, beams etc. including cutting rods and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. including stacking of steel bars.

(a) In ground floor including roof. (Upto 4.00 Mtr.)

(b) 4.00 Mtr. to 8.00 Mtr.

(c) 8.00 Mtr. to 12.00 Mtr.

(d) 12.00 to 16.00 Mtr.

(e) 16.00 to 20.00 Mtr.

(f) 20.00 to 24.00 Mtr.

(g) 24.00 to Rest

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 mtr. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, leveling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete.

a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

b)Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1.50m. And upto 3.00 m. (but not requiring shoring).

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work).

a)With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

b) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3km. but not exceeding 5km. including the cost of carried earth.

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Engagement of security personnel for round the clock duarding arrangement to protect the Gov. properies / materials etc. sincere, efficient and trained security personnel at Natshal Lakshya Zone-II Head work site premises. 3 shifting per day and each shift 1 person for 20 days. 20days X 3 head = 60 days

Taking out of old and damaged valve of any type from the existing line after dismantling of Flange Joint or Socket Joint complete the job in all respect.

i) 80mm to 100mm dia.

ii) 125mm to 150mm dia.

iii) 200mm to 250mm dia.

(i) Carrying charges of materials M.S. Rod, D.I. Pipe, G.I. Pipe, TW materials, C.I.Dt. Joints, A.C. Coupling, Brass Strainer, H.D.P. Strainer, A.C. Pressure Pipes, M.S. Pipes etc. by road from different stack yard to any places within West Bengal including loading (upto a lead of 20 mtr. from loading point), packing, unloading and stacking charges etc. complete as per direction.

a) For distance 0 Km. to 5 Km.

b) For distance (above) 5 Km.to 10 Km. [Subject to minimum of Rs. 222.10/MT]

c) For distance (above) 10 Km.to 15 Km. [Subject to minimum of Rs. 248.70/MT]

d) For distance (above) 15 Km.to 25 Km. [Subject to minimum of Rs. 348.00/MT]

e) For distance (above) 25 Km.to 50 Km. [Subject to minimum of Rs. 496.00/MT]

(ii) Carriage of pipe and specials from Depttl. Store including loading and unloading and stacking at store of any PWSS. ( By Van or other means )
