The bidder should have prior work experience of completing at least 750 nos Functional household tap connections and underground laying of at least 10.0 km pipeline for any drinking water supply project. The bidder must have proven experience in laying of DI pipe 500 mm and above dia within last 5 years. The bidder should have credential in similar nature of work with a minimum value of 40% of the estimated amount in this tender during last 5 years, or two similar nature of completed work, each of the minimum value of 30% of the estimated amount, or one single running work of similar nature which has been completed to the extent of 80% or more and value of which is not less than the desired value at 40% of the estimated amount. The average annual turnover of the bidder should be not less than 90% of the estimated amount during last 3 years. The bidder should have experience of working in State or Central Government/ PSU /Local Authority anywhere in India. The completion certificate produced as credential should clearly indicate the description of works, value of contract, executed work value, date of award, actual date of completion, etc. and name, address, telephone no. of the client.
