Coordination with Division level user for easy entry and updation of data on various critical parameters at regular interval or as and when required as pre-requisites for monitoring the daily execution of the disinfection process carried out by the Pump Operators, Coordinating with and providing handholding support to the Pump Operators for trouble-shooting the gaps and errors occurring at ground level as per requirement, Management and updation of the user credentials and user rights as instructed by the concerned authority, Updation of database on a daily basis to reflect the real-time log, Management, cross-checking and rectification of the said database with highest data security, Overall Supervision and Monitoring of the execution of disinfection process to deliver better quality work through minimizing error up to the satisfactory level and to establish the system as a decision support tool for Public Health Engineering Department, Govt. of West Bengal.

Training of Executive Engineer/Assistant Engineer/Junior Engineer/ Pump Operator at Sub-Division Level on Fixing of Disinfectant Dosage, Placing/Approval of requisition of disinfectant and handholding support as desired by the PHE department
