Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as diesel pump set, blank flange, pressure gauge, valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. The rate is inclusive of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor (Recovery rate of water @ Rs.10.00/m3, if contractor used water from deptt. source).

Cleaning thoroughly the inner surface of pipe line including specials and valves by flushing with water and subsequently disinfection of the same pipe line by flushing again with water containing bleaching powder resulting in residual chlorine not less than 15mg/ltrs. after 24hrs. of such filling including laboratory testing of water samples obtain from the disinfested pipe line and disposal of water from the pipe line after completion of the work. The rates including of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor) (The rate of water @Rs. 10/m3 may be recovered, if the contractor used water from deptt. source).

Rectification or repairing of existing FHTC connection from C.I./D.I./UPVC/HDPE/G.I./A.C. distribution pipeline with labour cost for cutting trench (1m X 0.9m X 1.2m) carefully without damaging the existing distribution pipe line, (in case of damaged if any pipe line during eexecution, necessary damaged should be repairing by the agency in his own cost) removing carefully old damage / good condition saddle piece, brass/gunmetal and refitting saddle pice and ferrul and all accessories, after connection work filling the trenches by earth all labour work are complete (Excluding all necessary Materials) as per direction of EIC.

Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/uPVC/HDPE/GI/AC distribution pipeline by Installing 10 mm NB Gun-metal Ferrule conforming to I5 2692:1989 with latest amendments on the said pipeline with supply, fitting & fixing of all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline, specials, nut & bolts, rubber sheet, washers etc and supply & laying of 15mm NB PVC (schedule 80)/20mm OD HDPE (PE100, PN16)/20mm OD PPR-C (Class-SDR7.4/PN16) pipes upto required length with all necessary specials 1.0 metre below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the household or as directed by EIC. Supply and installation of a 15mm dia. alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21 Kg/cm2) above 1.0 Mtr. from ground, an alloy Stop Cock of 15 mm dia. with brass spindle (tested to 21 Kg/cm2) to be fitted in a position as directed by E.I.C. G.I pipe of TATA make (medium duly) of 2 metre length with all necessary specials to continue from the end of the PVC/HDPE/PPR-C pipe and upto 1.0 m above ground within the premises of household. Note:- 1. PVC pipe shall of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part-1). 2. PPR-C (Poly propylene Random copolymer) pipe shall be 3-layer confirming to IS:15801 UV stabilised & anti-microbial fusion welded, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all PP-R plain & brass threaded polypropylene random/fittings. 3. Rate is exclusive of supply and delivery of 10mm NB gun-metal Ferrule. Supply & laying of 15 mm NB PVC (schedule 80/20mm OD HDPE (PE100, PN16)/20mm OD PPR-C (Class-SDR7.4/PN16) pipes.

Collection of house hold details at PRESCRIBED FORMAT THROUGH Mobile App and hard copy including Geo-reference as directed by E.I.C and submission of the same to P.H.E dte in soft copy.

Provision for extra supply and laying of 15 mm NB PVC schedule 80)/20 mm OD HDPE (PE 100, PN 16) pipe with all necessary specials 1.00 meter bellow the ground level including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the E.I.C., beyond 15 mtr length as consider in item No.43

Making plain Cement concrete (Mix - 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20mm niminal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (0.60 m bellow GL and 0.30 m above GL) for fixing 15 mm dia GI pipe for FHTC or as per direction of E.I.C . (Pakur Variety)

Dismantling all types of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m. In ground floor including roof.

Dismantling all types of masonry excepting cement concrete plain or reinforced, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed within a lead of 75 m.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety.

Making Village Road (Avg. 3M width) crossing by Horizontal auger borng for accomodation of laying of avarage 3(three) nos. 15 mm dia pipes for FHTC or as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Emergency Horizontal road crossing by Augor-boring including boring charge, pipe laying and jointing, making baricates, lighting arrangement etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C. For 80 mm dia. to 200 mm dia. pipes.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessery staging upto 4m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and stricking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25mm to 30mm thick wooden shutering as per deceision & direction of engineer-in-charge

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (a) 15 mm thick plaster with cm (1:4).

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall,dado,window sill,floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) A) For Exposed Work
