Supply of stone boulder (N.B variety) of approved quarries above 150 mm to 200 mm dia size

Cement concrete with graded stone ballast (40mm size excluding shuttering).Inground floor(1:3:6)

Ordinary cement concret (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement in any, in gound floor as per relevant IS codes.

ii) River Bazree

Controlled cement concrete with will graded stone chips (20m graded nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement with complete design of concrete as per IS: 456 and movant special publications,submission of job mix formula after preliminary mix design after testing of concrete cubes as per direction of EIC.Consumption of cemenet will not br less than 320kg of cement with Super platiciser per cubic meter of controlled cconcrete but actual consumption will be determined on the basis of preliminary test and job mix formula.In ground floor and foundation(using concrete mixture) M30 Grade

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on basis of measurement of finished quantity of work).

Plum concrete work with 40 % cement concrete with 30 mm down graded stone metal and 60 % stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any. (i) (1:3:6) proportion

Hand Packed rough dressed stone walls by masons with hard stones from approved quarries including all carriage of materials to site

Supplying, fitting and fixing G.I. pipes of TATA make with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads, fitting, fixing etc. complete in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required,jointing materials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurements of total pipe line including all specials. No separate payment will be made for accesories, specials. Payment for painting will be made seperately) Exposed work(medium duty)

For new FHTC-Providing FHTC from the existing CI/DI/uPVC/HDPE/GI/AC distribution pipeline by installing 10 mm NB Gun-metal Ferrule conforming to IS 2692:1989 with latest amendments on FHTC SOR the said pipeline with supply, of fitting & fixing of all other accessories like saddle piece of required size to fit the existing distribution pipeline, specials, nut & bolts, rubber sheet, washers etc and supply & laying of 15mm NB PVC (schedule 80)/20mm OD HDPE (PE100, PN16)/20 mm OD PPR-C (Class-SDR 7.4/PN-16) pipe average (15m length) with all necessary specials 1.0 meter below the ground connecting the ferrule / Flow Control Valve including cutting trenches in all sorts of soil and filling up trenches as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the household or as directed by EIC. Supply and installation of a 15mm dia. alloy iron Bib Cock (tested to 21 Kg/cm2) above 1.0 Mtr. from ground, an alloy Stop Cock of 15 mm dia. with brass spindle (tested to 21 Kg/cm2) to be fitted in a position as directed by E.I.C. G.I pipe of TATA make (medium duly) of 2 meter length with all necessary specials to continue from the end of the HDPE/PVC pipe and up to 1.0 m above ground within the premises of household.

Supplying and laying of 15mm NB PVC (Schedule 80)/20mm OD HDPE (PE-100,PN16) pipeaverage(15 meter length) with all neceessory specials,1.0 meter below the ground connecting the ferrule including cutting trench in all shorts of soil and filling of trenches as per the direction of Engineer -in -charge and upto a point just inside the premises of the house hold as directed by EIC
