Construction of Pump House (5400mm x 3600mm x 3300mm height) with toilet (2100mm x 1350mm) sanitary and plumbing arrangement along with verandah (3000mm x 1500mm) having plinth height 600mm. Two numbers door, two numbers window fitted with 100mm x 75mm Sal wood frame fitted with 100mm x 58mm x 1.90mm iron butt hinges. One number door and all window made of 35mm thick wooden shutters and 19mm thick panel of Sishu, Gamar, Champ, Badam, Bhola etc. and one number door is PVC moulded shutter for toilet. One number Orissa pattern WC (580mm x 440mm) including P or S trap. Three numbers MS or WI ornamental grill fitted at toilet. Construction of Septic Tank for 10 users, inspection chamber, soak well as per PWD schedule & drawing. fitting, fixing 10 liter PVC low down cistern and all necessary fittings, towel rail (25mm dia x 450mm long). Supplying, fitting and fixing 500 litres capacity PVC water storage tank, Plumbing with 25mm and 15mm dia PVC pipe and necessary fittings. MS ornamental grill for window opening, providing 8 nos RCC ventilator in room, 150mm dia GI pipe for lifting arrangement of Pumping machinary. White washing inside and Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer for outside the pump house, painting the grills and wooden works over the coat of primer etc.all complete as per direction of the EIC and as per attached detailed drawing. (Any deviation in plingh height as per site, an additional rate @ Rs.4063.00 per 50 mm height will be add or deduct as per approved departmental analysed rate.)
