Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (i) Pakur Variety.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) III) or built up sections / srtuctural members of specified sections weighing not less than 22.5 Kg./m

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:6) a) In foundation and plinth

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] i) With 1:6 cement mortar b) 20 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm to 30 mm without staging in foundation.

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation

For Manifold: Supplying, fabricating & delivery of internal diameter M.S pipe of Tata/Sail/approved make (spirally welded) as per IS 3589-2001 or as amended to be delivered at site inclusive of all duties ,taxes charges and cost of transportation, loading & unloading & stacking all complete at lifting and destination points all complete as per the direction of EIC.

Derusting, scraping, brusing and cleaning (to the extent of exposing the original surface) the outer surface of manufactured M.S. pipes and specials, applying first cost of synthetic primer Type-B as per IS:15337:2003 of approved make over it and wrapping the same with coal tar based insulating tape 2mm thick as per 15:15337:2003 of approved make and applying second coat of synthetic primer Type-B (As specified above) over the first layer of 2mm thick coal tar based insulating tape (as specified above) in staggered pattern (including overlapping at ends) by torching etc. as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC. (each layer of a protective wrapping shall be tasted with Holiday detector at Contractor's coat and the Contractor shall repair all holidays to satisfaction of EIC at no extra cost (Payment will be made on finished area of work).

Derusting, brusing, cleaning, and smothering thoroughly the inner surface of spirally welded Mild steel pipes and specials by sand blasting to SA-1 Swedish specification and immediately after sand blasting applying protection coatings (resistant to corrosion and contamination of drinking water) of Drinking Aluminum Primer 2 coats, DEF (40¬50) microns each coat and Drinking Back finish 2 coats, DET (24-30) microns each coat of Shalimar Paints Ltd. of equivalent by spray painting in the inner surface of the pipes as per manufacturer's specification, all complete with supply of requisite materials labour, consumable etc. including stacking of coated pipes properly as per specification, direction and satisfaction of the EIC.

500 micron polyurethanr ( PU) as outside coating.

300 micron food grade epoxy as internal lining.

Supplying, laying, fiting, fixing and jointing of UPVC pipes conforming to IS:4985-2000 with latest revision and amendments, if any, withnecessary UPVC/CI specials, CIDF sluice valves, as per relevant I.S. specification including labour charges for earth work in excavation in any kind of soil including mixed soil with boulder ,road sub-grade and its flanks but excluding moorum and laterite or sand stonehard arock including cutting of brick payment without damaging the existing telephone/electrical cable line etc.(in case of damage of any type of cable line during excavation, necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respaective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost. Loading, unloading, carrying of pipes, specials, valves from the local store to work site and lowering laying of pipes specials valves carefully in trenches maintaining proper levels and alignment ,jointing the pipe and specials including supplying of good quality/approved brand solvent cement (as per IS:14182-1994 including cost of all fabricated PVC fitting i.e. tees,bend, reducers, adopter etc.as per IS:101- 1988 and making flange joints including supplying required quantity of nuts, bolts and rubber insertion (CIDF sluice valves will be supplied by the department free of cost) as required at site by adopting suitable method so as to facilate the maintenance of pipe line locally as per conventional method including back filling the trenches with good earth obtained from excavation of trenches including consolidation with watering in layer not exceeding 150mm thk. with maintaining an average depth of cushion of 1.10mtr. from the top of pipe line including making interconnection with distribution pipes etc. all complete as per drawing direction and satisfaction of the E.I.C. N.B. i) Manufacturer’s test certificate for UPVC pipe & specials to be produced before laying of pipe line. Pressure Rating : Class - III, Laying of pipe line including cost of pipe & fittings/specials & valves.

Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as diesel pump set, blank flange, pressure gauge, valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc. all complete as per specification and direction of EIC. Cleaning thoroughly the inner surface of pipe line including specials and valves by flushing with water and subsequently disinfection of the same pipe line by flushing again with water containing bleaching powder resulting in residual chlorine not less than 15mg/ltrs. after 24hrs. of such filling including laboratory testing of water samples obtain from the disinfested pipe line and disposal of water from the pipe line after completion of the work.
