All the machines and apparatus need to be cleaned and washed every time before and after use. The machines and apparatus, electrical panel board switches, switch gear etc to be monitored and checked for its proper functioning by supplying different lubrication oil and grease for daily replenishment & topping of grease (AP 2) and lubrication oil 30 grade (RFC & labelling machine)FRL-32, CRC, WD-40 for pet blowing machine, Recip oil for HP compressor and and other compressor oil including changing of fuse wires, tubes, bulbs etc. Weekly Maintenance to be done preferably on weekly holiday by deploying skilled man power in WTP area(4 times in month) PET Blowing, RFC, Labelling, Batch coding & Shrik Wrapping Machine(4 times in a month) and HP compressor with Drayer, LP compressor with Dryer, Chiller, Cooling Tower, CW pump, all pneumatic conveying main etc. (4 times in a month) and pouch filling mahines (4 times in a month). Raw materials to be kept properly in good Deployment of skilled technician of work months w.e.f.- 01/04/2025 to 31/03/2026
