100 Amps male female kit Kat fuse unit.

Supply, delivery at site and storage wall mounted made of sheet steel fabricated 2 mm for load bearing &1.6mm for non load bearing, indoor type, dust & vermin proof, lP-54 degree of protection, powder coated painted with rubber gaskets cover, front lockable hinged door with all Switchgear and other items duly wired up and tested as per specification. Incomer: (A) 100 Amps, TPN MCCB with adjustable OL, 36 KA & necessary accessories with suitable SPD (i.e. Ammeter, Voltmeter with CTS, UV/OV protection & Switches etc.), (B) Outgoing:- 7.5-12.5 HP, TP Star-delta Starter with other accessories - 1 Nos., (Suitable size capacitor bank to improve PF from o.85 to 0.98) (C) 0.5HP, 3 phase, 415V, Clorinator feeder with necessary accessories & level controller-1 no (D) Yard lighting feeder with necessary accessories & time switch - 1 No. (E) Automatic operation feeder with PLC operated . (Panel make, all spare & components as per vendor list of PHED).

Installation of above MCC panel along with main switch,busbar chamber etc all electrical equipment with in the pump house, drawing the cable properly on wall as per direction of EIC as per layout and IE rules and all connection with supply necessary materials, cable etc to complete the work, making arrangement with supply & fitting of materials for taking power with in the pump house from WBSEDCL end as per direction of EIC.

Making earthing arrangement

Earthing with 50 mm dia Gl pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts.long and 1 x4 SWG Gl (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x80 mm long Gl bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15mm dla Gl pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By lSl-Medium Gl pipe

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earthelectrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep(below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6)of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) Cl hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm withlocking arrangement, Gl reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the Gl pipe

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for plate electrode.

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar including S&F 20 mm x 3 mm galvanised (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with Gl saddles as required and connection to equipments incl.drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washers etc.

Supplying and fitting-fixing of earth busbar of galvanized (Hot dip) fVS flat 25 mm x 6 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with Gl bolt,nuts,washers,spacing isolator set etc.as required Length of busbar is 0.5 mtr.

Installtion and commissioning of dismantled chlorinator with all accessories, PVC tank and drawing of power line as per IE rules by supplying of necessary wire and continuous earthing. This include the cost of all necessary CC foundation [at least 200mm height] with concrete mixture [sand, cement, stone chips] and neat cement finish by supplyig of all required materials and testing the entire set as per direction of EIC

Distribution wiring in 1.1KV. Grade, (2X1.5mm2) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (approved make) in suitable size PVC casing capping (Precision make) with (1.5 Sqmm) single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulted & unsheathed copper wire for ECC, including necessary PVC clips, fittings etc. to light/fan point with piano key type switch (anchor make) fixed on pvc/sheet steel fabricated switch board with Perspex/bakelite top cover on wall including necessary connections and making earthing attachment and mending good damages to building works. [PVC casing-capping and Switch board both on surface]

4' long 20 watt LED tube light set white colour (Make -Philips/ Havells)

9 watt LED lamp (Make- Philips/ Havells)

Bulkhead light fittings on wall (Make- Bajaj/ Havells/ approved make)

Supply and fitting fixing of Ceiling fan (Make: Usha /C.G / Havells/ approved make) 1200mm. sweep complete with rubber bush, nut, bolt etc. including supply and fixing 2×1/1.4 PVC copper wire for down rod with making necessary connection complete.

Supply and fitting fixing of 45 watt. LED light fixture set [Make: Philips (Type- BRP)/ Havells/ PHED approved make] with 40 mm dia x 2.5 mtr. long G.I pipe bracket fixed on the roof of the pump house with M.S clamp properly grouting including making power connection with supply & drawing 2.5 sq. mm FR grade flexible copper wire through PVC casing/conduit with drawing earth conductor (1.0 sq mm copper flexible wire), S&F of 15 amp switch with pvc board including electrical connection & testing complete as per direction of EIC.
