Supply & delivery of UPVC pipe (CD) conforming to IS 12818:2010 (CIPET Certified) a) 200mm dia

Washing and developing tube well with air compressor pump and engine for 8 (eight) hours continuous pumping per day with necessary arrangements for testing the yield in gallons per hour with 'V' notch including hire and labour charges for all tools and plants and scaffolding as required

Supplying, installation and lowering in position solar Panel based AC Submersible pumping machinery (Preferably with stainless steel fabricated components) with solar cable & cable connector kit, PV Panel (IEC 61215:2015 certified),Controller,Overhead protection, Dry run protection, Auto Restart facility, Float switch with water level sensors, software for start-up of motors, making necessary connections with supplying G.I.Controller box and supplying 32mm dia PVC column pipe 42m length including earthing etc.as per direction of the EIC. i)Solar Panel Configuration:4 panels of 325 Wp (72 cell) each (solar Panel to be installed on top of M.S.Supporting structure); ii.)Submersible pump capacity 1.00 HP,14 Stage,32mm outlet dia (preferably oil filled) KSB/Crompton or renowned brand and including Operation and maintenance of entire installations for 5 years (except day to day operation) which includes: a) Cleaning of site, checking of valves and pipes, checking of electrical connections, cleaning solar panel etc. Twice in a month; b) Replacement of damaged Valves, Bib cocks and any other parts of all units as and when necessary; c) Repair/replacement of pumping machinery i/c controller, PV panel, wiring, switches etc. as and when necessary; d) Painting of M.S. structure and all painted surface at the end of each year.

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). With all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, long screw, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.)

Laying Rising main, delivery main, Over flow, wash out pipe line with supplying, fitting, & fixing PVC pipes of approved make (Medium duty) conforming to ASTMD -1785 schedule -80 and threaded to match with G.I.pipes as per IS: 1239 (Part-I) with all necessary accessories,specials, viz socket,bend,tee,union, cross,elbow, nipple, longscrew,reducing socket, reducing tee,short piece etc. fitted with holder bats clamps, including cutting pipes, making threads , fitting , fixing etc. in all respect including cost of all necessary fittings as required, jointing matterials and two coats of painting with approved paint in any position above ground to feed the water nearest to houses at least one habitation to get water through stand post and complete the all works as per drawing & direction of the E.I.C. (Suggested brand :- Supreme / Ori plast / Long last). [ Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials. No seperate payment will be made for accessaries, specials]

Supplying and erecting in postion Mild Steel (as per IS 800, 808 and other relevent code) Supporting structure, M.S plate (3.55 mm thick) at top platform (2.1 mx2.1 m), including M.S. Ladder (Suitably placed), for supporting PVC Tanks (including supply of 5000 lit. capacity PVC/HDPE tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black) - Multilayer as shown in the drawing) and Solar Panel, all necessary pipeline connections with all PVC pipes from Tubewell to delivery, specials, valves all complete as per approved drawing and specification and direction of Engineer in charge.(minimum weight 1080 kg). Reinforcement should be Tor Steel / Mild Steel, SAIL/ TATA/RINL.

Supplying, fitting, fixing, Chain link (75 mm. x 75 mm. x 8 g.) fencing of approved quality with iron posts by means of welding arround the Solar Pannels platform by supplying, fitting, fixing galvenized on MS angle of approved quality which grouted on the earth by cement concreting as per drawing including an arrangement and provision of a gate with lock & key facility should be provided as per necessary direction of the E.I.C . Total length of fencing 15.4 rmt (Height 2.30mtr.) Note: Deduction @ Rs. 1572.00 will be made for each meter for less execution.
