Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in the all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary),cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing land direction. Supplying CIPE,CISS & CIDF Specilas as per relavant I.S. Specification including all taxes,surcharges & free Delivery all other incidential charges all completet.(details on Bill)

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing, fixing and striking out after completion of works.( upto roof of ground floor). f)25 to 30 mm shuttering without staging in foundation

125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (4:1) in ground floor

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, caffolding / stagging where necessary(first floor).(Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface) (i) With 1:6 cement morter

(a) 20mm thick plaster

c) with 4:1 cement morter 10 mm thick plaster

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or cencrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (b) Two Coats.

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) c) Super Protective 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary : (b) On steel or other metal surface : With super gloss (hi-gloss) - (iv) Two coats (with any shade except white)

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Supplying fitting and fixing 600 mm ( ±30 mm) diametre R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) Concertina fencing on wall top using concertina coils stretched to approx.6 meters length at site clipped with two nos. of horizontal R.B.T strands which will be tensioned and fixed with the vertical M.S angle iron posts by means of security fasteners (such as 'C' clips, R.B.T clips etc.)

Earth work in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditches etc. with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including breaking clods and consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. (Payment will be made on profile measurement before and after the work) (ii) With carried earth arranged by the contractor within a radius exceeding 3 km. but not exceeding 5 km. including the cost of carried earth.

Carrying CI/DI pipes with specials and valves and lowering placing in position and laying carefully inside the trenches in proper alignment and gradient etc. including earth work in excavation of adequate width as per specification having min. clear cover from top of pipe is 1.10mtr. below existing ground level in any kind of soil including mixed with boulder, road sub-grade and its flank,but excluding moorum and laterite and stone etc.without damaging the exisiting telephone/electric cable etc.(in case of damaged if any type of cable line during excecution , necessary damaged charges as applicable by the respective authority will be borne by the agency in his own cost) preparing the bottom surface for continuous bedding of pipe line and laying pipes, fitting, fixing specials and valves with bailing out water if any including carriage of pipes, specials and valves from local deptt. store within 8KM and back filling the trenches with excavated earth in layers to original condition as per specification and direction of EIC. The surplus materials after execution of work are to be return to the deptt. store.a) C.I./D.I. PIPE LINE 150 mm dia

Making rubber gasket joint to CI/DI pipes maintaining proper alignment level etc. by mechanical arrangement with or without using mobile cranes where necessary and with help of all other equipments tools and tackles etc. as required providing lubricants of approved quality and direction of EIC. Supplying HDPE (Materials grade PE-80) pipes conforming to IS 4984- 1995 with latest revision & amendments if any with necessary HDPE specials (excluding cost of CIDF valves) including labour charges for earth work in excavation in any kind of soil including mixed soil with boulder,road sub-grade and aits flank but excluding moorum laterite or sand stone / hard rock cutting with chisel required including cutting road flank/ brick pavement etc. without damaging the exisiting telephone/electrical cable line etc.(in case of damage of any type of cable line by the agency at the time of execution necessary damage charge as applicable by the respective authority will have to be brone by the agency at his own cost)upto the depth (av.) so as to maintain 1.10m.earth cushion from top of the pipe upto G.L. including loading unloading carrying lowering laying fitting fixing carefully pipes, valves and specials with the all types of jointing materials in trenches maintaining proper levels and alignment jointing the pipes and specials by butt welding/ adopting suitable method (But weld jointing with help of hydraulic tack and trimming machines, Hitter etc. for reaching at necessary melting point of HDPE pipe so that joint can be monolithic) so as to facilitate the maintenance of pipe line locally as per conventional method in future.(A) Pressure Rating : PN 6

Supplying&layingasperIRC-SP:063-2004paverunitofany shade of approvedquality as per relevant IS code, laid in pattern as directed in pavement, footpath, driveway (paver blockonly), etc including necessaryunderlaycomplete inall respect with all labour and material. [Border concrete if necessary to be paid separately]. Note: Sub-grade CBR should not be less than 5.
