Supply, delivery at site M.S fabricated T/W top cover (flange type)suitable for 200 mm dia tube well made of 12 mm thick M.S. plate with centrally welded 80mm dia M.S Socket(Heavy type) and 40 mm dia socket at side for 40 mm dia G.I. Pipe (for cable entry) & fitting fixing the heavy type G.I pipe specials & nut bolt including welding all joints and supplying all 80 mm dia shorts pieces, bends. flanges, sockets, enlargers etc. & 40 mm dia G.I. pipe, bend, union, joints, elbows as required for complete the job as per direction of EIC

Supply & delivery of M.S. suspension clamp with necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc suitable for 80mm dia pipe

Supply & delivery at site & storage CIDF single door swing check Non rising type NRV as per IS:5312 Part – I, (for individual L/L Pump) DN 80 mm (P.N.–1.0) rating (for Submersible delivery header)

Supply and delivery at site 10 sq. mm, 3 core, 1.1 kv, XLPE insulated Ar. Al. conductor cable Confirming IS:7098 (Part-1) 2011 Make: Havells/Finolex/Netco/Gloster/ Polycab (Materials should be supplied as per requirement of site, no extra material will be received by the department.)

For laying of cable by cutting sand at riverbed and laying through underground trenching and ramming the shifted soil as per direction of EIC.

Laying of 10 sq mm 3 core XLPE AL Ar cable along with delivery pipe line including binding the cable with connecting line with GI wire in the river bed.

Supply delivery at site of 5 HP capacity DOL starter of relay range of 6-10 Amps or suitable , coil voltage of 380 or suitable Volt with voltmeter, ammeter for CWR Submersible Pump (Make-L&T/Approved)

Laying 10 sq. mm xlpe cable in the underground trench in single tier formation (horizontal) the trench size : 450 mm width x 760 mm up to average depth with brick protection on the top of each cable with 8 nos. bricks per Mtr. including filling the space between the bricks and cables and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Installation & commissioning of all items mentioned as in 1 to 5 & 9 including supply of all erection items, as required for installation of Submersible pumping machineris all valves, including supplying all necessary items i.e- nut & bolt wather rubber gasket, with painting, jointing of cables termination cable soketing by suitable rated sockets With Supplying fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust and moisture proof entry of XLPE armoured cables for 3 core 10 sq mm and Finishing of theend of 3 core 10 sq mm armoured cable by crimping method incl supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make ) tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials ( for kiosk box and panel ) for complete the installation as per Hydraulic standard & IE rules in compliance by engaging skilled technician all complete as per Technical specification and upto entire satisfaction of EIC.

Supply, delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump suitable for bore well conforming to IS:8034(and as amended threreafter) with standard MOC for potable clear cold water capable with a continuous rated-2 pole suitable wet type vertical squirel cage induction motor conformoning to IS: 9283(and as amended threafter) suitable for operation in AC Three phase 415V, 50Hz(category B motor) and as per technical specification given in NIT Method of starting – star delta a) Discharge- 33 Cum , Total head - 62 Mtr N.B-T.C. & G.C. needed. (Manufacturer test certificate along with curve chart should be submitted at the time of delivery, head discharge may varies without changing the HP of the pump as per dept approval)

Supply and delivery of the following materials at site : -

Supply & delivery of M.S. suspension clamp with necessary nuts, bolts & washer etc suitable for 80mm dia pipe (Size-Suitable x 80 mm x 8 mm each)

100 mm dia CIDF single door swing check Non Return valve(P.N-1.0) generally conforming to IS 5312 Part I for delivery line and as per technical Specification given in NIT.

100 mm dia CIDF non-rising Sluice Valve (P.N-1.0) generally conforming to IS 14846 and as per technical Specification given in NIT . (for 1 no by pass arrangement )

Supplying, fitting, fixing bolts with nuts, washer: 20 to 25 mm dia bolt, Length above 75 mm and upto 150 mm.

MS dismantling joints with Rubber Compression Ring and adjustable follower flanged complete assembled unit with galvanized stud and nuts. 100 mm dia

Supply of Flat Rubber Gasket of EPDM Quality with ISI Mark to IS: 5382/1985 Type-4 suitable for flange joint, drilled to IS: 1538 (Table–VI). The gasket should have dual thickness 3/6 mm with 6 mm thickness at the sealing cross section. 200 mm

Supply delivery at site of 15 HP capacity SDS starter of relay range of 13-21 Amps or suitable , coil voltage of 380 Volt or suitable with voltmeter, ammeter for CWR Submersible Pump (Make-L&T/Approved)

10 sqmm 3core, 1100 Volt grade copper water proof PVC insulated submersible flat submersible cable,Conforming To IS : 694 As Amended Up To Date.

a) Installation and commissioning of the above pumping machinery, of item no (10 to17, except 16.2 & 16.3) by hanging the pump motor set in the existing CWR with the help of MS clamp , making 200 mm dia MS delivery line and properly fitting by welding ro the rexisting rising main line . fitting the G.I specials for cable protection pipe, including cable finishing, supplying of all necessary metrials and etc and cost of hiring D.G set ( if required), welding machine, cutting machine to complete the jobs including necessary cutting of cement concrete (if needed) Laying of two nos 70 sqmm 3 core Cable , Laying of cable from 3/3½ core sqmm on wall/surface and Painting of anty corrosive paint in all respect as per tecnical specification and as per direction of E.I.C.(Any item or accessories not considered in the specification but required to complete the entire installation and operation shall have to be supplied and installed. No extra charge shall be provided for this purpose.)

Welding in M.S. structural work with gas or electric ( for all the flange joint )

Surface Dressing of the ground in any kind of soil including removing vegetation inequalities not exceeding 15 cm depth and disposal of the rubbish within a lead upto 75 m as directed.

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm

Depth of excavation for additional depth beyond 1,500 mm. and upto 3,0 mm. but not requiring shoring

Priming on ecoat on steel orothe rmetal surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with ready mixed Black Japanof approved make andbrand including smoothening surface Two coat

Making 300mm(W) x 300mm(B) x 900 mm (H) size rising main supporting brick pillar at least 300mm depth from ground level to pumping floor level and neat cement finish all complete as per direction.

Highiring and running of dewatering puum with pipe for removing the existing water from the cwr to make the cwr workable for technician & through the water to the wash out drain (rates are including hiring cost, transportation cost , fuel cost & other cost )

Earthwork in filling in compound, tank, low land, ditchesetc .with good earth, in layersnot exceeding 150mm. Including breaking clod sand consolidating the same by ramming and dressing complete. With earth obtain ed by fresh excavation upto1800 mm.depth (including the cost of excavation from land arranged by the Deptt. within a lead of 100 m.)

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. For Soft Soil

Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1x4 SWG GI (hot dip ) wire (4 mts long) , 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl S & F 15 mm dia GI Pipe protection ( 1 mtr long ) to be filled with bitumin purely under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to the average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos.12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Connecting the equipments body to earth busbar incl. S & F 25 mm x 6 mm Galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipments with incl. drilling holes, bolts, nuts,washers etc.
