Patching of potholes by draining water, cutting the pothole area to rectangular shape with vertical edges, removing all loose materials, screening and stacking the same for reuse with new materials as per requirement, filling the pothole area with additional volume of crushed stone materials / laterite / Jhama / broken shingles / coated stones of Pakur variety etc. and screenings as applicable, and compacting the same with static roller as per Water Bound Macadam Specification, including cost of all materials and machineries.

Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 30 Grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per Cu.m of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approved super plastisizer, designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456, transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platform erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work, compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this connection complete but excluding cost of hire charge of platform and its supporting staging which would be paid through separate item. Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge

Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Cocrete Block Pavements(ICBP) with concrete blocks( with concrete grade as specified as per Table1 of IS 15658:2006 manufactured in steel mould clamped to a vibrating table by hydrulic pressure ( as per cl. no. 6.30 of IRC:SP:63 (2018), from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib ( small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per Cl. Laying of 2core 10sq. Supply & fixing GI waterproof type looping cable box size 200x150x100 mm deep having 4 mm thick comprising of one 250 V 15 A kit kat fuse unit, one NL on porcelain insulator, one compression type brass cable gland for 2 - core 10 sq mm PVC/A cable and having lined with rubber gasketted GI top cover with brass machine screw etc. earthing terminal with lug. on steel tubular pole near bade, including painting with anticorrosive paint. Earthing the the Installation by 50 mm dia G.I. Pipe (ISI -M) 3.64 mtr long & 1x4 SWG G.I.(Hot dip) wire (4 mtr long) with suitable nuts, bolts & washer etc. Incl S/F 15 mm dia GI protection pipe (1 mtr long) to be filled with bitumen partly under ground level & partly under ground level driven to an depth of 3.65 mtr below the ground level. Painting the 9 m ST pole with two coats of aluminium paint of approved make over one coat of R.O primer and 2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat.incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery incl cleaning etc. [H-2/4(a)]

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish [H-1/1(a)] and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Upto 9.0 mtr.
