Stripping off worn out plaster and raking out joints of walls, celings etc. upto any height and in any floor including removing rubbish within a lead of 75m as directed

Cleaning the exposed corroded Reinforcement as well as worn out concrete by sand blasting with air compressor including all materials, hire charges of machineries and labour etc. all complete as per technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

"Guniting concrete surface with cement mortar (25 mm nominal thick) applied with compressor after cleaning surface and spraying with epoxy complete as per Technical specification"

Applying epoxy based reactive joining agent for joining the old concrete with fresh concrete to be applied within manufacturer's specified time as per manufacturers specification. (0.4 Kg / m² of concrete surface).

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mmnominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including round off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (iii) With 1:4 cement mortar (b) 10 mm thick plaster Ground floor

Supplying. preparing and placement of ready mix non shrink cementious microconcrete having no metalic aggregate or chlorides for repairing and\iackting of damaged R.C.C.members. Themicro concrete should achieve compressive strength not less than 10 |MPaafter 24 hours. 40 Mpa after 7 days and 50 Mpa aftre 28 days at 300C.It should have unrestrained expansion in between 1 to 4%. flexural strength shall not be less than 5MPaafter 28 days. Micro concrete should have a co-efficient of thermal expansion similar to that of the host concrete

Supplying and application of chemical for post Installed rebar connection by ~ using ETA approved for seismic criteria In rebar connection, Including drill/ng .!2 hole to the required depth by rotary hammer drill, cleonlng with brush &jet ~ of clean air, /ill/ng chemical usIng serrated noule to eliminate mIxIng error and in a voldless manner IncludIng charges for all tools & plants. Application to be designed for post· Installed rebars as per ECZ/TR023 or relevant tested i) Cost of post installed rebaring application with chemical as speclfled for 8 mmdia per cm of depth and accepted design guidelines and the design document to be furnished by the manufacturer. The chemical should have ETA apprOVal for seIsmIc criteria .li of rebar fixing whIch should be furnished by manufacturer. The installation Superintending Engineer of the respective circle and Injection process should and the setting instructions should be strIctly followed as per manufacturer'specl/icatlons as approved by EICprior to drlll/ng along with post· Installed rebar embedment design report. The existing concrete member should be scanned using rebar scanner to avoid hitting existing reinforcement in concrete during drilling. Notes : 1)This rate Is excluding the cost of scaffolding. 2)Thls work should not be excuted without specific permission of be executed in the presence oj officer not below the rank 0/ Assistant Engineer to supervise the work minutely. 3) Rebar grouting Is specifically required for extension and strengthening ~ purpose of old or existing RCCstructural members with new RCCstructural ~.:::: members through rebar fixing chemical Item without breaking beam, coloumn, roof slab, lintel, cellina etc.

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planksof approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. 25mm to 30mm shuttering without staging

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction.
