Technical Capacity
The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing any of the following during the last 07 years:
- Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender,
- Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender,
- One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
In case of composite works, the tenderer must have completed similar works for each component, with values of 30%, 40%, or 60% of the advertised value of each component.
For subcontracting, the subcontractor must have completed at least one work similar to the work proposed, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subcontracted, with an exception for subletting work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, where no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required.
