Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of indoor type floor/ wall mounted cubicle type main power panel suitable for 415v.50Hz AC supply made out of 14 SWG CRCA sheet .The panel shall be CPRI approved totally enclosed, dust & vermin proof, neoprene gasket of thickness not less than 2mm shall be used between all adjacent units & beneath all covers so that the joints are effectively dust vermin proof. The panel shall have uniform height & depth and plugged with insulated &spring loaded thumb screws. The bus bar chamber shall have three phase & neutral copper busbar of ratings not less than 500Amp. The panel shall be completely factory wired with insulated FRLSH copper wire & shall be ready for connection to be equipments. The panel shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enameled grey paint over a coat of red oxide primer. Cable connection to be done by lug /socket of proper size and cable gland to be provided with proper insulation at every cable entrance and exit of panel. Necessary spreader link is to be fixed in proper 6 location as per direction of Railway Engineer. The earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. Supply & fixing of cable junction box/PVC loop box of 4way terminal (IP:65/66) for 18 suitable entry of cable is to be fixed where necessary as per direction of Railway Engineer. Supply & erection of HDPE pipe 110 mm dia of pressure rating 6.0 kgf/ cm2 (PN -6.0) are to be laid along the pole/ beam/brackets by 25x5 mm MS clamp with required nut, bolt/ washer and under the ground by digging trench of depth 1 mtr if necessary. Necessary compression socket 21 and short radius compression bend has to be provided as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted. Excavation of cable trench for laying of cable with necessary cable protection is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer. The entire work is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2, dt. 04.10. 2024 attached at Annexure-A.

Installation and commissioning of 11/0.433 KV, 500 KVA outdoor type step down 23 transformer as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Loading, unloading & carrying of transformer to actual work site by contractor own arrangement, necessary others petty items should be supplied by contractor for successful commissioning). (Transformer will be procured through Store)

Dismantling and re-shifting of existing 150 KVA transformer with all associated items 24 is to be done as per direction of Railway Engineer. The existing transformer should be dismantled properly and the dismantled transformer along with all accessories should bring and re- commissioned at new location as per direction of Railway Engineer at its own cost by the contractor.

RCC foundation as per M25 grade with minimum cement concrete of 330kg/cum, providing & laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mixed cement concrete or reinforce cement concrete work, using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, 25 Portland pozzolana /ordinary /Portland /Portland slag cement , admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate/retard setting of concrete , to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of lying, curing, carriage for all leads; shuttering work is also involve. The work is to be done as per direction of Railway engineer.

Supply & stringing of longitudinal guard wire with cross lacing by 8/10 SWG GI wire at an interval of 1mtr to be stringed with the guard bracket fixed on the pole as per direction of Railway Engineer. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.

Construction of fencing for surrounding of transformer of suitable height RCC pillar 27 with muffing and to be completed by expended metal and MS channel and one door of suitable size for entrance. Area within the fencing to be covered with gravels. The entire work is to be executed as per direction of Railway Engineer.

Supply & fixing of 11 KV, GO/DO air break Switch 3 insulator type complete with 28 handle, pipe, square bar, 400A rotating/tilting type & all mechanical fittings to be installed by instruction of Railway Engineer. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted. Make- ATLAS / MAYUR / JAYSHREE/ JAIPURIA

Supply & fixing of MS angle of size 50x50x6 & length 2.2 mtr long as per the direction 29 of Railway Engineer & to be fixed on the pole by suitable MS clamp and suitable size MS nuts, bolts & washers including making of holes by drilling machine. The bracket, clamp and nuts, bolts are to be painted by 1 coat of red oxide as primer and 2 coats of aluminum paint. Tenderer shall be supplied the paints. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of MS channel made by 75x40x40x6mm & length 2.2 mtr long as per 30 the direction of EIC at site & to be fixed on the pole by 65x 6 mm MS clamp and suitable size MS nuts, bolts & washers including making of holes by drilling machine. The bracket, clamp and nuts, bolts are to be painted by 1 coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of aluminum paint. Tenderer shall be supplied the paints. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of MS channel made by 75x40x40x6mm & length 2.2 mtr long as per 31 the direction of EIC at site & to be fixed on the pole by 65x 6 mm MS clamp and suitable size MS nuts, bolts & washers including making of holes by drilling machine. The bracket, clamp and nuts, bolts are to be painted by 1 coat of red oxide primer and 2 coats of aluminum paint. Tenderer shall be supplied the paints. Pre- inspection of materials by Railway Engineer should be imparted.

Supply & fixing of 2P composite polymer HT 11 KV pin insulator (10KN) IS : 731 (1971) 32 & 2488 (Pt-II) 1974 with galvanized bolts has to be erected on the top of the pole by necessary GI pipe washer etc as per direction of Railway Engineer. Supply & fixing of 2P composite polymer type HT 11 KV disc insulator (70KN),IS : 731 33 (1971) & 2488 (Pt-II) 1974 has to be erected on the top of the pole by necessary fixing arrangement as per direction of Railway Engineer. Supply & fixing of HT galvanized stay set comprising of 20 mm dia stay rod, anchor 34 plate ,turn buckle , thimble, MS stay clamp with nut bolt and washer ; 7/10 SWG GI stay wire ; stay insulator to be fixed with the pole at one end and with the rod at the other end. The stay rod should be erected after excavating the earth of dia 30 cm with refilling by cement concrete mixture in ratio of 1:3:6 as per direction of Railway Engineer. Earthing complete with 50mm dia, 3.6mm thickness , B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length to be erected inside an earth pit is to be filled by alternate layers of salt (2) & charcoal (3) of width 50 cm each from the bottom and the rest by earth. The GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe . The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the 41 driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing materials may be used , Bentonite or similar earth enhancing materials may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be pre casted RCC. The distance of earth electrode form building/other earthing system to be maintained by observing IE rules. Earth electrode to be procured from RDSO/Core approved source.
