Supply & erection of CI pipe 80 mm dia LA type complete with boring below the track by 90 mm dia hole at a depth of 1.5 m below GL by turning pointed instrument as per direction of Railway engineer. The CI pipe below the track is required for laying of cable. Make - ELECTRO STEEL CASTING LTD, KESHORAM SPUN.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Inverter 1450VA/24V, 1 phase output IGBT based pure sign wave with 12V,150AH x 2nos valve regulated lead acid (VRLA) batteries to provide 4 hrs backup along with metallic battery rack. The work is including the total connection of system & fittings as per direction of Railway Engineer. (Test & guarantee/warranty certificate from the manufacturer is to be produced by the contractor before billing) (Specification is attached in Annexure-A)

Supply & erection of hot dip galvanized octagonal single header pole of height 6 mtr base plate dimension 200x200 sq including foundation bolt of size 4 x 20mm dia, 700mm J bolts plus 10% templates with cement plaster finish C.C foundation in ratio of 1:2:4 by mixture of cement, sand and 19 mm & down stone chips 18 from 1 metre below GL to 60 cm above the ground level. Necessary cable connection is to be by the contractor by his own cost Space to be arranged to accommodate Junction box beneath the pole. Foundation of the pole is to done as per approved drawing of competent authority. Necessary embossing is required of the pole. (Test & guarantee/warranty certificate from the manufacturer is to be produced by the contractor before billing) (Specification is attached in Annexure-B)

Earthing complete with 50mm dia, 3.65mm thick , 3 mtr long GI pipe to be erected inside an earth pit of height 30 cm & diameter 30 cm to be filled by alternate layers of salt (2) & charcoal (3) of width 50 cm each from the bottom and the rest by earth. Perforated holes of dia 12 mm each to be made in the pipe by drilling and a gap of 30 cm is to be maintained between the holes up to a height of 2.5 mtr from bottom. A second layer of perforated holes of same dimension are also to be made at an angle of 90o with the earlier layer of holes by 19 keeping a vertical distance of 15 cm. A cement concrete chamber of size 30x30x30 cm and thickness 6 cm in ratio 1:3:6 by cement sand & 19mm and down stone chips is to be made around the pipe. The size of CC top cover is 24cmx24cmx4cm with provision of metallic folding handle is to be made. The cover to be provided on the 3mm top groove of earth pit (flash) as per direction of Railway Engineer. Earth continuity by 25x 5mm GI strip through alkathene pipe.75x16 mm GI nut, bolt and spring/flat washer has to be provided as per instruction of Railway Engineer. The connection of earth continuity wire with earth electrode to be made by GI soldering terminal socket of suitable size.
