- Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender,
- Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender,
- One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender.
The similar work is defined as any structural steel fabrication works. A substantially completed work means an ongoing work in which payment equal to or more than 90% of the present contract value has been made to the contractor.
