The required prior work experience for the bidder includes successfully completing or substantially completing certain works within the last 07 years. The specific requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of the tender. For composite works, the requirements are: - Three similar works each costing not less than 30% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - Two similar works each costing not less than 40% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. - One similar work each costing not less than 60% of the advertised value of each component of the tender. The subcontractor must have successfully completed at least one work similar to the work proposed for subcontract, costing not less than 35% of the value of the work to be subletted, in the last 5 years. However, for subletting of work costing up to Rs 50 lakh, no previous work experience of the subcontractor is required. Mentioned values and percentages include: - 30% of the advertised value of the tender - 40% of the advertised value of the tender - 60% of the advertised value of the tender - 35% of the value of the work to be subletted - Rs 50 lakh for subletting of work - 30% share in the previous entity - 20% share in the present partnership firm - 0.3*0.2*value of the work done in the previous entity
