Connection is to be drawn by single core stranded FRLSH insulate 4sqmm, 1100 volt grade copper cable confirming to IS-694 through alkathene pipe of 11 suitable size to be fixed inside wall by having final. The point to be terminated by modular type 25A AC starter on suitable size modular G.I .box& platinum white plate at one end and by 25A DP MCB on MCB Distribution Boards with 1sqmm single core IS : 694 multi stranded FRLSH copper wire as earth continuity at the other end as per direction of Railway Engineer. Supply & erection of hot dip galvanized octagonal single header pole of height 6 mtr base plate dimension 200x200 sq including foundation bolt of size 4 x 20mm dia, 700mm J bolts plus 10% templates with cement plaster finish C.C foundation in ratio of 1:2:4 by mixture of cement, sand 17 and 19 mm & down stone chips from 1 metre below GL to 60 cm above the ground level. Space to be arranged to accommodate Junction box beneath the pole. Foundation of the pole is to done as per approved drawing of competent authority. Necessary embossing is required of the pole. Marking (without embossing) on saddle/ 18 clamp/Cable/ HDPE pipe to be done mentioning the name of feed. Cable laying is to be done as per drawing no. Excavation of earth of dia mention length x breath x depth = 1mtr x 0.3 mtr x 1 mtr & filling up with soil as per direction of Railway Engineer. Cable laying is to done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/2, dt. 04.10. 2024 is to be done as per specification enclosed at Annexure-C.

Supply, & fixing of 25W IP:65/66 LED streetlight luminaries complete including lens is to be fixed at proper location as per direction of Railway Engineer , The fixture shall be designed so as to have lumen maintenance of at least 70% at the end of 50,000 hours, colour temperature: 23 5700K+300K, system efficacy: Min. 100 lumen/W, CRI : Min 70%. The fitting is to be provided by arranging suitable fixing arrangement with suitable size GI pipe bends & clamps. Connection of fitting is to be done by 1.5mm2 FRLSH single core copper cable. Supply & fixing of cable junction box/PVC loop box of 4way terminal (IP:65/66) for suitable entry of cable is to be fixed where necessary as per direction of Railway Engineer. Earthing complete with 50mm dia, 3.6mm thickness , B class GI pipe of 3000 mm length to be erected inside an earth pit is to be filled by alternate layers of salt (2) & charcoal (3) of width 50 cm each from the bottom and the rest by earth. The GI strip should be welded with the earth pipe . The pipe is provided with a tapered casing at the lower end in order to facilitate the 25 driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil. Where soil restivity is high, earth restivity enhancing materials may be used , Bentonite or similar earth enhancing materials may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be pre casted RCC. The entire earthing system is to be done as per drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1, dt. 30.09.2024 attached at annexure-B. The distance of earth electrode form building/other earthing system to be maintained by observing IE rules. Earth electrode to be procured from RDSO/Core approved source.
