(Real Time Clock) in a suitable tamper proof hinge type Box with provision of recharging through vending station. Provided Android/iOS/Windows mobile apps should have provision of Payment gateway for online Vending token process. The communication module (Cellular based) with NB IoT GPRS/4G enabled SIM card fallback to 2G modem. Optical Port for local 1 communication/ WAN (Cellular) communication for data acquisition. All Smart Prepaid meters should be provided with integrated cloud system. Implementation of cloud hosted head end and meter end data management including mobile network system. Meter should have connect/disconnect functionality operation from prepaid billing software. The meter should work either in prepaid and postpaid mode. The meter shall have suitable provision to consumer token entry locally in case of no WAN/communication scenario and monitoring consumption information through mobile app. Warranty of meter should be 10 years from date of commissioning .Meter should embossed with 'Property of N.F. Railway'. Released materials should be dismantled and deposited to the consignee. The rates are inclusive of SIM and data charges for a period of first 5 years with all necessary accessories. The AMC would start from the first year. The AMC would include App facility, Tariff design, 24*7 customer support in toll free number for Customer support for each supplied meter & reconfiguration of the replacement of meters in case of any defect.
