Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.

Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (a) With earth obtained from excavation of foundation.

Brick soling with picked jhama bricks including preparation of bed as necessary with brick joints properly filled in and packed with powdered earth and including necessary cushion of similar material below the soling (and in between layers when more than one layer is used) completes as per direction.(a) Single brick flat soling (thickness 75 mm.)

(II) Cement concrete with 30 mm. down graded shingles excluding shuttering.N.B. VarietyIn ground floor .(a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii ) River Bazree

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) (b) In superstructure, ground floor

Supplying, fitting and fixing Marble Slab/tile of 15 to 18 mm thickness in floor, lobby, stair, landing & treads etc. over 20 mm (av.) thck base of Cement mortar (1:2) laid with white cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.m before placing marble & jointed with white cement slurry @ 2.0 kg/Sq.m with necessary pigments including grinding and Granite polishing as per direction of Engineering -in -Charge in Ground Floor. {White cement and Pigment to be supplied by the Agency](a) With Makrana plain pink / Adranga Pink / Garbh Gulabi / Udaypur pink / Udaypur Green / Black Bhaslana(i) Area of each Slab/tile upto 0.3 sq.m.

c) Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paver blocks as per CI No. 3.26 of IS 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl No. 3.3 of IS 15658 as per table 2 of IS :15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick (grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between the paver blocks with joint fillers sand (the grading of the joint filler sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC 63) and compacting the edges with cut blocks as per Cl No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compacting, levelling and filling up the edge gap. 60mm thick.
