Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using Stone Screening Type A (13.2 mm) B. Manual Means. North Bengal VARIETY.

c) Supllying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CI. No. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of copacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and jojnt filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap 60 mm thick (i) Grey

Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii ) River Bazree

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

(II) Cement concrete with 30 mm. down graded shingles including shuttering.N.B. VarietyIn ground floor . (a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface].

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, windowsill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Applying Exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly , complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor: (b) Two Coats

Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality , as per manufacture specification as per direction of EIC to be apply over Acrylic primer as required. the rate included cost of material , labour scaffoldic and all incidential charges but excluding the cost of primer.In ground floor ( two coat).

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3 with spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 as per Technical Specification Clause 1106 for Rural Roads of MORD. (D) 1000 mm dia

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuouslyweldedwithM.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. Fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor.(ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above

Direction and Place Identification Signs with size more than 0.9 sqm size Board. Providing and erecting direction and place identification retro-reflectorised sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 2 mm thick with area exceeding 0.9 sqm supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm, 2 Nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing and Clause 801 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision)..
