Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii ) River Bazree

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centreing and necessary staging upto 4 m. using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams, columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works. (upto roof of ground floor) (a) 25 mm. to 30 mm. thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups,binders etc. including supply of rods, initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape,placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every inter-section, complete as per drawing and direction. a) For works in foundation, basement and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4m. i) Tor steel/Mild steel I. SAIL/ TATA/RINL

(a) M.S.or W.I. Ornamental grill of approved design joints continuously welded with M.S, W.I. Flats and bars of windows, railing etc. fitted and fixed with necessary screws and lugs in ground floor. (ii) Grill weighing above 16 Kg./sq.mtr and above

Brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar(1:6) b) In superstructure, ground floor

Plaster (to wall,floor,ceiling etc) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding / staging where necessary (Ground floors). [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete ssurface]. (i)With 1:6 cement mortar (c)15 mm thick plaster

Applying exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new surface to received decorative textured (Mat finished) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of EIC. In Ground Floor (b)Two Coats

Protective and decorative textured exterior high class matt finish paint of approved quality composed of special tharmoplastic reasin containing fine crystalline additives derive from granite as approved quality as manufacturers specification and as per direction E.I.C. to be applied over acrylic primer as reqquired.The Rates includes the cost of materials,labours,scafolding and all other incidental charges but excluding the cost of primer. In Ground Floor Two coats

Priming one coat on steel or other metal surface with synthetic enamel/oil bound primer of approved quality including smootheining surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand i/c.smoothening surface by sand papering etc. i/c.using of approved putty etc.on the surfaces in necessary. on steel or metal surface with Super gloss(High Gloss) 2-coats (with any shade except white)

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-in charge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc. I) For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m

Supplying fitting and fixing 600 mm ( ±30 mm) diametre R.B.T (Reinforced Barbed Tape) Concertina fencing on wall top using concertina coils stretched to approx.6 meters length at site clipped with two nos. of horizontal R.B.T strands which will be tensioned and fixed with the vertical M.S angle iron posts by means of security fasteners (such as 'C' clips, R.B.T clips etc.)
