c) Supplying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658:2006) manufactured from BIS license manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paver blocks as per CI No. 3.26 of IS 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl No. 3.3 of IS 15658 as per table 2 of IS :15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35mm thick (grading of bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between the paver blocks with joint fillers sand (the grading of the joint filler sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC 63) and compacting the edges with cut blocks as per Cl No. 8.7 of IRC SP-63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint filling sand, compacting, levelling and filling up the edge gap. 60mm thick. Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates made with 4mm dia GI wire conforming to IS: 280 & IS:4826 in 100mm x 100mm mesh (weaved diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each.

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Providing and laying Cement concrete Wearing coat M-30 grade with graded stone chips 19mm down including screening and cleaning approved stone chips and sand as necessary laying, finishing complete to camber and grade, curing with water, including cost and carriage of all materials and hire charges for form work including reinforcement complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications vide clause no. 2702 of MoRT&H’s Specification for Road & Bridge Works.
