Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials: Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (iv) For Construction of Sub Base by compacting River Bed Materials.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) Grading-I Aggregate (63 mm to 45 mm) Using Stone Screening Type A (13.2 mm) B. Manual Means. North Bengal VARIETY.

Earthwork in filling in foundation trenches with good earth in layers not exceeding 15cm. including watering and ramming layer by layer complete with earth obtained from excavation of foundation or from fresh excavation of land arranged by Department within a lead of 150 m.

© Supllying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CI. No. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl. Hire and labour charges for Shuttering with or without staging upto 4.0 m height using approved stout props with wooden planks/ply wood/steel sheet plate with required bracing for any kind of plain or reinforced concrete works in all sorts of minor structure including culvert, box culvert, crossdrain etc. The rate is inclusive of fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of work as per specification and direction. (b) Where staging is not required.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (ii ) River Bazree

Filling properly the empty sausage crates with boulders of any size & shape with hand packing after preparation of bed of placement, placing the crate in position, carriage of boulders from road stacks with a lead upto 150m etc. complete in all respect including stitching the rest of the crate with wire (passage for filling boulders) after filling up the crate with boulders and launching the crate in position if necessary and as directed by the Engineer-in charge.

Close Bamboo Walling made of 65mm to 75mm dia. bamboos (in single line) driven about half-length into the ground side by side, with stout stays at an interval of 1m, 3nos. of half split bamboo runner of same dia fitted and fixed with nails etc. complete as per direction. (Measurement to be taken along the length of piling after finishing the works). (iii) With bamboos of length above 2.50m and upto 3.00m

Filling empty Cement bags with dry earth or sand, stitching the bag (cost of thread included) and carrying and placing them in position and all incidental charges complete including cost of sand and gunny bags. .

Labour for laying 150 mm to 200 mm boulder soling including rough dressing hand packing and ramming down small pieces in the interstics including rolling and preparing the bed to proper level and filling up all joints with sandy clay or earth. (a) Single layer boulder soling

(II) Cement concrete with 30 mm. down graded shingles excluding shuttering.N.B. VarietyIn ground floor . (a) 1:3:6 proportion.

Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips(20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (b) River bazree (a) 1:2:4 proportion.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in Sub-structure including initial straightening, straightening of coils bars, removal of loose rust (if any), cutting to requisite length bending, binding with annealed wire not less than 1 mm in size and conforming to IS 280 at every intersection hooked and bent to correct shape and placed on forms etc. including cost of black annealed wire and cost of loading, unloading, carriage of all steel materials complete as per drawing and technical specifications and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plaster ( to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering conrners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (ground floor). (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar . (c)10 mm. thick plaster.

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, windowsill, floor etc.NOTE:Cement 0.152 cu.m per100 sq.m.

Supplying and laying chequered tiles of any shade & of approved quality with (1:1½:3) cement concrete laid in panels or patterns as directed in pavement, footpath etc. including necessary underlay 25 mm thick [avg] cement mortar (1:3) complete in all respect with all labour and materials. [Using cement slurry @ 4.4 kg/Sq.m at back side and @2.4 kg/Sq.m for joint filling] Red Variety (ii) 30 mm. thick

Applying exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plaster or concrete surface old or new surface to receive decorative textured (mat finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly complete as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor. b) two coat.

Protective and decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality , as per manufacture specification as per direction of EIC to be apply over Acrylic primer as required. the rate included cost of material , labour scaffoldic and all incidential charges but excluding the cost of primer.In ground floor ( two coat). (a) Normal Acrylic emulaion.
