Sl No-5. Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes.

Sl No-9. Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement morter including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints or roughening of concrete surfece, including throating, nosing and drip course wherer necessary (ground floor) (ii) With 1:4 cement mortar

Sl No-11.M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.

Sl No-12. Holding down bolt with nut including 100 x 100 x 6 mm plate washer at bottom fitted complete and packing the hole with cement concrete or cement grout as directed. 32 mm dia 750 mm long .

Sl No-13.Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, omplete as per drawing and direction. (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel

Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials: Construction of Sub Base using Local Materials, spreading in uniform layers with Motor grader on prepared surface, including screening the metal as necessary, mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, lighting, guarding and barricading including cost and carriage of all materials and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre wide on each side to protect the edges complete as per Clause 401 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (iv) For Construction of Sub Base by compacting River Bed Materials.

© Supllying and Laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Block Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (Small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CI. No. 3.26 of IS: 15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a paver block as per Cl. No. 3.3 of IS15658) as per Table 2 of IS : 15658 on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of copacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (grading of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand the grading of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP-63 (2018) with proper confinement of bedding and jojnt filling sand, compaction, levelling and filling up of the edge gap 60mm thick ii) Coloured Decorative

Sl No-28.Supplying, fitting and fixing Stainless Steel railing consist of 38mm dia and 900mm height vertical balustrade at every two alternative steps, 50mm dia top rail, 3 (three) nos 19mm dia horizontal Strainless steel pipe and base/cover plate with Strainless Steel GRADE 304 containing 7.5% nickle (Interior Grade) Brushed/Mat finish, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge. Weight of Strainless Steel railing per metre 6.5 Kg (approx)

Sl No-28Supplying,fitting & fixing granite slab 15mm to 18mm thick in floor, lobby, stair, landing and treads etc. over 20mm (avg) thick base of cement morter (1:2) laid with white cement slurry @ 4.40Kg per Square meter before placing of granite and jointed with white cement slurry @ 2.0 Kg per square meter with necessary pigments and complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge including cost of all materials, labours, curing and roughening of concrete surface complete. In ground floor (a) Area of each Granite slab upto 0.60 Square meter.

Sl No-28 Providing and fixing exterior quality Aluminium Composite Panel (ACP) wall cladding on existing Al. /MS frame work with GI brackets, ACP fixed on the existing frame work by folding the edges of ACP panel (Engraving the rear surface of ACP sheet) with CP angles, cleats and strainless Steel screws forming groves at the periphery of ACP panel. Such grooves filled with foam and silicon sealant etc. complete with all materials (but including the cost of silicon sealant), labour, scaffolding and all other incidental charges complete in all respect as per specification and direction of Engineer- (b) 4mm thick (0.50mm Al.+3.0mm LDPE +0.50mm Al. PVDF coating).
