Extra for fuel charges for Item No. 3

Plum concrete work with batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for plain / reinforced cement concrete work, 60 % cement concrete with 40 mm down graded stone metal and 40% stone boulder of size 150 mm and above, placed in position as directed excluding shuttering if any.including Cost of Boulder,Carriage,loading and unloading admixtures in recommended portion as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note :- 1) Cement content considered in this item is @ 330kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately 2) Superplasticizer considered in this item is @ 3.96 KG per Cum. of concrete.“Excess/ less Superplasticizer used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately 3) Small scale dewatering at the place of concreting to avoid dilution/washing of cement paste from concrete. 4) Light crane is to be deployed for support services during concreting

Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) (c) Steel shuttering or 9 to 12 mm thick approved quality ply board shuttering in any concrete work

Providing Steel anchor dowels at the base of the well including drilling holes upto 2.5 m. depth in rock, placing the dowels in position and effectively grouting the holes (32 mm. diameter steel rod of 4.0m length grouted upto 2.5 m. depth) etc. Complete as directed by Engineer in charge.

Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m (i) Tor steel/Mild Steel II. Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL

Cost of stone-boulder Boulder 225 - 150 mm at quarry sites complete in all respect as per specification.

(C) Carriage of Brick-bats, Boulder, Stone metal, Stone chips, Gravel, Slag metal,Shingle and similar miscellaneous materials over pucca road. (upto 10 Km)

Loading, unloading and stacking by Manual Means.A. Loading in to trucks at the lifting point, unloading at destination, stacking properly in go downs or yard etc. as directed including carriage by head load up to a lead of 50.00 m at each of the two points.(d) Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size and above

Supply of G. I. pipes of TATA make including necessary sockets (g) 65 mm dia.(ii) Medium quality

Steel plates :(E 250 conforms to IS:2062-2006) (a) 6 – 10 mm.
