Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of double door feeder pillar (With Suitable foundation) outdoor type, stand mounting, dust and vermin proof feeder pillar with IP-55 protection.The panel shall be made out of 14 SWG Cold Rolled Close Annealed (CRCA) Sheet Steel. Panel shall have 2 coat of zinc chromate primer and 2 coat of epoxy paint both inside and outside.Cable entry shall be at the bottom and through a detachable gland plate of minimum thickness 8mm . Feeder pillar shall have pad-locking arrangement.The dimensions of the panel shall be at least 1000mm (L) X 500mm (B) x 1500mm(H).FP Must comprise with a suitable danger board and a foundation work. Incomer: 250A FP 25KA/35KA MCCB as per GS(Make- L&T/Legrand/ABB/Havells) Bus bar:(4X50X10mm) 315A Al Bus bar of 0.5m length as per PWD specifications. Outgoings: a) S & F 415V 63A FP 10KA & C Curve MCB on din rail-04 Nos. (Make:L&T/Siemens/ABB/Legrand/Standard) b) 20A DP MCB C Curve-28 nos. CABLE ALLEY: cable alleys on both sides for out going connection are to be made incl. S & F suitable nos of Brass Studs type connector on insulated chair having current carrying capacities as per the out going switches rating. Inter connection with the M S & Stud connectors is to be made with ssuitable size stranded copper wire & copper bars as per the switch rating as specified in Interconnection.
