Water Bound Macadam Base Course: Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering including lighting, guarding, barricading and making necessary earthen bundh of one metre width on each side and preparing the bed by necessary cutting or filling, including cost of all materials and hire and labour charges of all men and machinery and compacting to the required density, as per Clause 404 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). By Manual means, Grading -II(53 to 22.04mm size)

Providing and fixing at or near ground level precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 410 mm x 310 mm x width 150 mm at bottom with circular nosing at top) (Nano kerb) of cement concreat M25 Grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the bed grade and slopes by laying Cement concrete with jhama khoa (1:4:8) as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly with earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Relaying disturbed channel stone on new lime concrete (18 : 36 : 100) bed up to 75 mm thick.

Relaying disturbed kerb stone on new lime concrete (18 : 36 : 100) bed up to 75 mm thick.

Providing and laying in position Pre-cast Cement Concrete (M-25 grade) Road Channel after Preparing the bed in slope over 50mm thick compacted stone dust of size 200mmX250mmX100mm or 400mmX250mmX100mm as approved by EIC without reinforcement, and filling the joints with 10mm thick cement mortor (1:4) and curing the mortor joints for at least 3 days (Accepted rate))

Providing and applying primer coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 and requisite quantity after preparation of surface including cleaning the surface with Hydraulic broom, removing the dust /loose particles etc and spraying primer using Mechanical means including cost and carriage of bitumen emulsion and all other incidental costs of work complete as per Clause 502 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) For WBM / WMM Surface or old surfaces : (with primer @ 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm)

Providing and laying Bituminous Profile Corrective Course (BM) using Mobile Hot Mix Plant (Light Duty) and using aggregates of Grading-2 of Table-33 premixed with 75kg of bitumen per cum, transported to site laid over a previously prepared surface at specified laying temperature to the required grade, level and alignment, as per specification to achieve the desired compaction including cost and carriage of stone materials and bitumen, hire charges of machinery and equipment, cost of fuel and lubricants and wages of operational staff, quality control complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge.

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (i) On Bituminous Surface(Using Bitumen Emulsion at the rate of 0.20 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)

Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete Providing & laying Semi-dense Bituminous Concrete (SDBC) as wearing coarse by Hot Mix Plant, using coarse aggregates, fine aggregates, filler materials and binder of required specification and grading as per approved job mix formula, over thoroughly cleaned surface coated with tack coat, including screening, cleaning of aggregates, mixing the components as per approved Job Mix Formula with hot binder, carrying the mixture by tipper truck or any other approved suitable arrangements, laying the mixture uniformly, maintaining the specified laying temperature, thorough rolling with power roller with necessary hand packing and pinning to give an uniform surface to achieve the desired density of at least 98% of that of Laboratory Marshall specimen, including the cost and carriage of aggregates, filler and binder, heating the binder, preheating the aggregates, and filler to the specified temperature, including the hire charges of Hot Mix Plant and other machineries, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges complete. B. For Grading 2 (10 mm nominal size, 25-30 mm thick.) (iii) Using Drum mix Type HMP of minimum capacity 60-90 TPH

Applying exterior grade Acrylic primer of approved quality and brand on plastered or concrete surface old or new suface to receive decorative textured (Matt finish) or smooth finish acrylic exterior emulsion paint including scraping and preparing the surface throughly, complete as per manufaturer's specification and as per direction of the EIC. In Ground Floor. (a) One Coat.

Material & labour for applying Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint over old painted kerb stones of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges etc) In Ground floor (Two Coat). b) Premium 100% Acrylic Emulsion.

Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.50mm thick including reflectorising glass beeds @ 250 grms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beeds on Bituminous Surfaces colour and pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge on bituminous surfaces berms/road strips as border line after properly cleaniing and dusting of old painted suraces all as per IRC: 35. The finisheds surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks & holes complete as per clase 803 of specificaions of Roads and Bridge works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) and etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
