Supplying, fitting & fixing of 12 mm (6 mm both side) thick water proof ply boards at partition wall at various office chambers of NKDA Administrative Building at Plot No. DG/12, Action Area - ID, New Town, Kolkata, ply conforming to IS: 710:1977 bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin conforming to IS: 848-1974 of approved make & brand fitted and fixed as per design and decorative lamination conforming to IS: 2046 : 1995 as per approved make, brand, finish and thickness with fitting, fixing on Ply boards with recommended / approved adhesive with proper clipping the sides for better attachment including framing wooden framing work of size 50 mm x 50 mm & as per direction of Engineer-incharge, rate is inclusive of labour, carriage, loading, unloading at site, scaffolding, GST & all other taxes complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of various colour and design 'Wall paper' at various office chambers of NKDA Administrative Building, Plot No. DG/12, Action Area - ID, New Town, Kolkata, pasting over the existing smooth wall / glass wall, approved design, colour and brand & as per direction of EIC, scraping the existing wall, removing of loose scales etc. including all necessary accessories, rate is inclusive of labour, carriage, loading, unloading at site, scaffolding, GST & all other taxes complete.

Supplying, fitting & fixing of 15 mm thick false ceiling at office chambers of NKDA Administrative Building, Plot No. DG/12, Action Area - ID, New Town, Kolkata, with powder coated exposed G.I. grid suspension system (E-Grid T 2430/1510 or equivalent load carrying capacity with mid span deflection not exceeding 1/360 span with hanger spacing of 1200mm c/c ) consisting of Main Runner 3600 mm long, Cross Tee 1200 mm / 600 mm long and Wall Angle. The Wall Angle shall be fixed on PVC Dash Fasteners on the perimeter of the wall by steel screws with distance 300mm c/c. The Main Runners to be placed @ 1200 mm. The Cross Tee 1200mm will be inserted in the pre-cut slots of Main Runner at regular interval of 600 mm to form a modular grid of 1200mm X 600mm. Additional Cross Tees of 600 mm shall be placed perpendicular to the Cross Tee 1200 mm long to finally form a grid of 600 mm X 600 mm. Grid of module size 600 mm X 600 mm shall be supported by 6 mm dia G.I. wire from purlins / soffit. 4 mm thick High Pressure Steam Cured Non Asbestos Fibre Cement Standard Ceiling Board (Density 1300 Kg/m3) of size 595 mm X 595 mm, conforming IS 14862 & Type B Category III of ISO 8336, tested as per AS-1530 part 3 & BS-476 Part 4,5,6,7 & 8, should be placed in the Grid module to form a False Ceiling. All complete as per the drawing & directions of Engineer-in-charge, rate is inclusive of labour, carriage, loading, unloading at site, scaffolding, GST & all other taxes complete.
