125 mm thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1 4) in ground floor

Providing formwork in/c hire & labour charges for the same as required for foundation concrete & concrete work in vertical faces , wooden planks…… Where staging is not required

Providing and fixing at or near ground lavel precast cement concrete in kerbs (size: 450 mm x 350mm x width 150 mm at bottom with bevelled nosing at top) of cement concrete m20 grade without reinforcement, fixing as per approved pattern and setting in position at site after preparing the jhama khoa (1: 4: 8) as per specification and direction of Enggineer-in-charge inclouding filling of joints with 10 mm thick cement morter (3:1) and back filling the vertical piece properly whit earth duly compacted and curing the morter joints for atleast 3 days including cost and carriage of all materials complete.

Supplying and laying in the specified pattern of Interlocking Concrete Black Pavements (ICBP) with concrete blocks (with Concrete grade as specified as per Table 1 of IS 15658 : 2006) manufactured from BIS licensee manufacturer, with spacer nib (small protruding profiles on the vertical face of a paver block used as a device for keeping minimum joint gap in between the paving blocks, as per CI No.3.26 of IS:15658) and of specified size and shape with aspect ratio (The ratio of length to thickness of a Paver block, as per CI No.3.3 of IS:15658) as per Table 2 of IS:15658 with flexural strength/breaking load as per Annexure G of IS:15658,on the prepared base course of specified CBR as per Table 1 of IRC SP 63 (2018) or else as mentioned in design and drawing with a cushion of compacted bedding sand of 25-35 mm thick (guarding of the bedding sand as per clause 6.5.1 of IRC SP-63) and filling up the gaps in between paver blocks with joint filling sand the guarding of the joint filling sand will be as per clause 6.5.2 of IRC SP 63) and completing the edges with cut blocks as per CI No.8.7 of IRC SP – 63(2018) with proper confinement of bedding and joint fitting sand, compacting, levelling and filling up of the edge gap.50mm thick GREY

Protective and Decorative Acrylic exterior emulsion paint of approved quality, as per manufacturer's specification and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge to be applied over acrylic primer as required. The rate includes cost of material, labour, scaffolding and all incidental charges but excluding the cost of primerIn Ground floor (Two Coat) a) Normal Acrylic Emulsion

Labour for picking up existing distrubed paver block including preparing the existing bed after compaction of the sub grade and sprinkling water and relaying the existing/New paver block in proper line and level with sand at minimum 25 to 35 mm thick below paver block, joints all properly filled in with sand

Supplying&laying 20mm designer chequered tiles of any shadeand of approved quality as per IS:1237:1980 laidin patterns as directed in pavement, footpath including necessary underlay25mm thick average cement mortar (1:3)complete in all respect with all labour and materials [using cement slurry@4.4kg/Sq.m at back side of tiles.

Supply and Laying Polythene Sheet (150gm/ sq.m.) over damp proof course or beloe flooring or roof terrracing or in foundation trenches

Plaster(towall, floor, ceilingetc.)with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface]

Neat Cement Punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, floor etc.

Supplying fitting fixing UPVC pipes (B Type) & fittings conforming to IS-13592-1992(b) 110 mm dia. UPVC Pipes

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect

Add G.S.T @ 18% from Serial 1 to 16

Add Construction labour welfare cess @ 1% from Serial 1 to 16
