Servicing / overhauling of 4 nos. of cooling towers involving the following activities to achieve rejuvenation of performance to the required level. Including supply of all sorts of consumables as required : i) Dismantling of Cooling Tower Internal fill members & resetting the same in proper position after cleaning / scrapping, & replacing the defective fill members with newly supplied material in item. ii) Internal painting of cooling tower channels. iii) Cleaning of distribution pipings. iv) Cleaning of nozzles and replacing the damaged pieces with new. v) Alignment of Fan & Angel protector vi) Fan flow check with Anemometer. vii) Dismantling of motors from the cooling tower top base for servicing & heat varnishing, motor bearing greasing, replacement of damaged bearings, if any & refixing of motors. viii) Supplying & installation of SS strainer mess at cooing tower discharge end in each cooling tower as additional protective barrier against intrusion of loose materials / scales etc. in the suction line. Including thorough cleaning of loose scales, foreign particles from the entire suction lines & all the Y-strainers of pumps ix) Performance checking of the cooling towers to the satisfaction of engineering section.
