Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction. Supplying ready mixed concrete of M 20 grade with well graded stone chips of 20 mm nominal size containing designed quantity of cement per cum. Of wet concrete produced in computerised batching plant under controlled condition using approval super plastisizer designing concrete mix following I.S. 10262 and I.S. 456 transporting the mix with agitation in transit mixer to work site depositing the mix on a platforrm erected for the purpose at required levels of concreting and then placing the mix in its final location of form work compacting and curing the same complete as per specification & direction of the Engineer-in-charge including computerised batching plant transit mixer with all accessories vibrators etc. inclusive of all other incidental charges in this supporting staging which would be paid through separate item [cement to be supplied by the manufacturer/supplier] (ii) Without approved concrete pump [Ref: [P.W.D(Bldg) w.e.f 01.11.17, Analysed Rate]

Plaster with sand and cement mortar including off corners or chamfering corners as directed an including raking out joints or roughening of concrete surface curing with cost and carraige of all materials (a) With 4:1 Cement mortar (ii) 20mm thick plaster [ref: P.W.D(Bldg), Page-189, Item-1]

Neat Cment punning on cement plaster surface [ref: P.W.D(Bldg), Page-192, Item-15]

Eucalyptus ballah walling made of 150mm dia Ballah including dram matt walling as per rule of prevention & control of polloution [Ref: P.W.D(Rds), Analysis no-25]

Providing construction joint at concrete road with 12mm thick thermocol board in position including cutting to out size andshape all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge [Analysis rate]

Providing and fitting joint celing compound as per drawing and technical specification with course sand and bitumen by weight [Analysis Rate]

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal / Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer in charge [Ref : P.W.D (Bldg) 2017, Page-12, Item No. 13]
