Providing and laying Mastic asphalt wearing course with paving grade bitumen meeting the requirements given in table 500-29 using approved coarse aggregrate, fine aggregrate, filler material and bitumen pepared by using Mastic cooker including cost and carriage of all ingreiants cost of heating aggregrates and binder, mixing in specified proportions conforming to approved Job Mix Formula and laid to required level and slope after cleaning the surface, compacting sealing the construction joints and ssurface finishing conforming to specifications including providing antiskid surface with bitumen pre-coated fine- grained hard stone chipping of 13.2mm nominal size at the rate of 0.005 cum per 10 sqm and at an approximate spacing of 10cm center to center in both directions, pressed into surface, including the hire chargs of all tools and plants and machinery, pay of operators, cost of fuel and lubricants and all other incidental charges an quality control of all complete as per Clause 516 of specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision) (i) 25mm Thickness [Ref: P.W.D(Rds) Page-259, Item-5.14]

Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary [Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] (a) 15mm Thick plaster (Ground Floor) [Reef: P.W.D (Bldg) 2017, P-189, It-1.ii]

Neat cement punning about 1.5mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc. [Ref: P.W.D (Bldg) 2017, P-192, It-15]

Removal of rubbish, earth etc from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with Municipal/Coporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge [ref: P.W.D(Bldg) 2017, Pge-12, Item no-13]

Add G.S.T @ 18%
