Erection of Single 5 Mtr. Steel tubular pole with Cap in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling upthe excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly.

Supply & Fixing of Sintex water proof type looping box on newly erected pole size 240 x130x 95 mm depth having hinged front cover & kit kat fuse unit 1no N.L on insulator 1no 4way backlite connector for 2nos compression brass gland for upto 3 core 16 sq.mm pvc /alu cable and having line with rubber gasket front cover with brass machine screw ect. Earthing terminal with lug on steel tubular pole near base including supply & fixing of Clamps with bolts & nut etc complete in all respect as per direct ion of E.I.C

Earthing the steel tubilar pole with 19 mm dia x2.5 mtr. Length G.I rod & 1no. 4 SWG G.I wire up to 4mtr. Length 15 mm dia x 65 long G.I bolt, double nuts & washer including supply of all meterials as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply and delevary of 195/200 W LED tye flood light luminaries with single dia ceramic base high power LED ,PDC housing and integrated flood optics for wide angle distribution with IP-66 ingress protection , external surge protecction and epency 120 LM/Watt conforming to latest assredition of LM 79 and LM-80 report nad latest NABA accredition. The inbuilt LED driver should be house with fitting LED driver should be D50 certified .LED driver and housing should be from the same manufacturer . LED should be warrenty for 5 years and as per direction of EIC . Make- Philips/ Crompton/Bajaj/Havels or equivalent

Installation of LED flood light and its control gearboxes if any and other suitable accessories.

Supply and fixing Iron clamp, Nut Boltt clamp MS 3/3 clamp, and labour charges.

Supply and erection of the feeder pillar box will be made 2.64 mm. CRCA sheet with 50mm. x 50mm. x 6mm. M.S. angle frame, double hinge door, both front sides with stiffeners handle complete integral canopy & panel outdoor installation, after completion of total primer will have to be applied followed by two coats of finish paint (Synthetic enamel paint grey of approved shade) door sealing arrangement are to be made with soft rubber gasket of thickness not less then 3 mm. cable entry will be bottom only for which detachable type gland plate with punch holes suitable size of PVC armoured cable. The feeder pillar box will have earth bus made from G.I. plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. Electrolytic grade copper plate of size 25mm. x 6mm. for phase & neutral will have to be provided & fixed on insulator & bus bar should be colored coated PVC sleeved, inter-connection between bus & components are to be made by 1.1 KV grade insulated copper conductor of suitable size, 2 nos. full threaded G.I. bolts, nuts, washers are to be provided on two sides of the feeder pillar box as earth stud, the overall tentative of the feeder pillar box will be 1200(H) x 700(W) x 450(D) approx with the following components. 63 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&T make……...1 No. 16 Amp. 4 Pole MCB Siemens / ABB/L&T make ……...2 Nos. Contractor 70 MNX (L&T) make..............................1 no. Timer (L&T/GE)....................................................1 no. The enclosure shall be suitable IP 55 protection & two nos. danger plate to be provided on the front & rear door of the feeder pillar box.

Erection of feeder pillar box on pedestal brick foundation having dimension 750 mm x 500 mm width & depth 300 mm below GL & 300 mm above GL with 250 mm width brick wall pedestal foundation in 1. supply of sundry materials such as brickk, sand, cement etc, as required with 12 mm thick plaster outside surface & 3 mm thick net cement finished incl. dismantling & replace the existing damage feeder as per direction of EIC.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe

Wiring in 1.1 KV grade single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC)of following sizes in 25mm PVC casing-capping (Precision make) incl. necy. PVC clips, fittings etc. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm)

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 16 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Al conductor armoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments. Make Gloster/Nicco/Havels/Polycab or equivalent.

Laying of one cable up to 35 sqmm in under ground trench 460 mm wide x 760mm average depth with bricks proctions on the top of the cable with 8 nos bricks per Mtr. Including filling the sape between the bricks and cable and also the trench with shifted soil laveling up and restoring surface duly rammmed.

Micro-tunnelling including supply of HDPE pipe 40 mm dia. As per appropriate specification in single length for each indivisiual tunnel.

Finishing of the XLPE/PVC insulated armoured cable ends by soldering with cable sockets and insulated tapes etc.,including supplying sockets, soldering materials, tapes etc. and making connection to switch, BDB and BBC etc. 4 core 16 sqmm cable

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cables 4 Core up to 16 Sq mm

Painting of steel tubular pole of length and no. of coat of paint as given below with ready mixed paint / primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface bysandpaper/ emery paper, cleaning etc. (1) One coat of red lead Primer.

English/Bengali letters, Logo designing & printing with different color on vinyl film & pasting the same on poly sheet illuminated with S & F 6 nos. 40W single florescent tube light fitting with proper insulation and wiring inside the box as per direction of E.I.C. including all fixing materials.
