Supplying of swaged steel tubular pole as per IS 2713, Pt-II 1980 for following designation and dimensions. 410 SP-53, 11.0 Mtr, 183.00 kg.

Supply and fixing of M.S. sole plate (450mm x 450mm x 6mm) at the buttom of the pole.

Erection of single steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600 x 600 x 150mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 Mts. dia and 0.30 Mts. above ground level including 3mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6km from store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly. a) Above 9.0 mtr.

S/F single arm projected lamp bracket (Single pipe bending ) of 50cm (2") dia G.I. pipe (ISI medium) 3.65 mm thick of 2.1 mtr (6’ approx) long having 105 degree curvature with reducing socket to be fitted at the top of the pole with bolts, nuts, clamps etc. as required.

Supply & fixing M.S. loop box (10 SWG) of size 269 x 219 x 125mm having almirah type cover complete with special type locking arrangement including supply & fixing 200mm x 150mm x 6mm backlite sheet 1 No. 4-way ebonite connector block. 1 No. 15 Amp fuse unit (BPC/Juvas/ Havells make) fitted inside the box and suitable size danger board riveted on cover of the box outside & fixing the box with pole by means of M.S.Clamps of 25mm x 6mm of suitable length and encasing the box by 1:2:4 cement concrete with graded stone chip (19mm down). The depth of the concrete should be 60cm x 45cm x 45cm including Plastering and neat cementing and supply & fixing 2Nos compression gland of suitable size and making all necessary connection as required.

Painting of steel tubular pole of lengths and no. of cables of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand including preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint upto 9.0 Mtr. long Pole i) One coat of red lead/Zinc chromate priming

ii) 1st Coat of synthetic enamel paint over the primer.

iii) 2nd coat of synthetic enamel paint over the 1st coat.

Painting Block letters or digits within a circle/square as required, with "Black Japan" paint of approved make & brand, the size of letters and digits as given below. a) Size 50mm and upto 75mm

Supplying & Erection of big size feeder pillar box of Size (1372 x 914 x 607 mm) made up of 3.15 mm thick MS Plate along with suitable M.S. Angle. The P.B. have double hinge door at the front & back with suitable locking arrangement. The box will be painted by 2 cores of aluminiam paint over 1 coat of red oxide paint. Suitable arrangement should be provided for fixing of Timer unit, fuse unit & other accessories. Leg of the pillar box will be 900 mm in length by made up of (35x35x3 mm MS Angle with suitable base Plate. Legs of the Pillar box will be erected at 300 mm below the ground level with cement concrete (6:3:1). Rest portion coverd by 5" Brick Wall with plastering & net cement & bottom portion filled with silver sand as drawing & direction of E.I.C.

Installation the feeder pillar box only on cement brick foundation including plastering and neat cementing as per specification and direction of E.I.C. c) For large size feeder pillar box.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm diax 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S &F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled withbitumen partly under the ground level and partly above groundlevel driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: (a) By ISI-Medium GI pipe
